一、国际恐怖主义
恐怖主义作为人类冲突的一种表现形式，有着悠久的历史，可以追溯到古希腊和罗马时期。中国古代的荆轲刺秦王，古罗马的凯撒大帝遇刺都是历史上著名的恐怖事件。因涉及到各国政治、经济、文化、种族、宗教、道德等因素，虽然对恐怖主义的具体定义在学术、国内立法和国际公法角度不尽相同，但都不约而同地指出了恐怖主义的政治目的、暴力性、后果的严重危害性等。国际恐怖主义是恐怖主义发展的更高级形式，指的是国际社会中某些组织或个人为达到某些政治目的或是为了改变某一政治进程而采取的诸如暗杀、绑架、袭击、劫机、扣押人质等恐怖活动。

1、基地组织对美国的威胁将受到一定挤压

一天清晨，在北京总部，我刚从熟睡中醒来。忽然，光子报信器响了起来，传来一个消息：三艘不明飞行物正向大阪市飞去。世界反恐战斗局日本分局大阪支部请程先生去一趟。我一听，赶快驾上超音速风能飞船向大阪飞去。
三分钟后，到了大阪，我站在瞭望台上张望，只见三艘三角形似的飞行物正向郊外的核能发电站飞去。据情报显示，这三艘飞船是太空恐怖分子派出的无人驾驶飞船，目的是摧毁大阪的核能发电站。情况危急，我马上驾上W01飞行器，又带上10个反恐战斗“鸟”——机器智能战斗鸟，向恐怖分子追杀过去。 这三艘飞行物极为“狡猾”，一会儿减速，一会儿贴云飞，一会儿上升，一会儿又下降，想摆脱我们的跟踪。“想逃，妄想！”我果断地按了一下子母核飞弹发射器的按键，只见子母核飞弹中较大的一枚飞向其中一艘，两枚较小的飞向其它两艘，随后，反恐战斗“鸟”也发射了微波导弹。忽然，正前方出现了一道闪光，接着传来了一阵巨响。我见此情形，还以为敌机被击中了。没想到这三艘飞船竟是幻影魔船。刚才击中的，只不过是敌机发出的幻影波。气得我咬牙切齿。我只好使出我方的“杀手锏”：出动我局最先进的飞行军团——护球超能火箭军团。想罢，我立该通知局里，让麦克博士出动护球超能火箭军团。三分钟后，三艘闪
