生理影响
1、随着使用时间的增加，低头驼背及姿势不良都容易引起肩颈酸痛不适，较小的屏幕使得人们在需要看到内容细节的时候低下头靠近手机。长期埋头使用手机，身子不自然弯曲，颈部越来越前倾。这使得会使得人体的颈部胸锁乳头肌随之不断向前伸，长时间过后就会处于慢性充血状态，久而久之容易压迫椎动脉而诱发脊椎病，造成慢性劳损。
2、根据调查，发现绝大部分拥有智能手机的用户在睡前都会使用手机上网浏览一些信息。时间为10分钟或以上。睡前长时间使用手机等电子产品都会减少人生成约22%的褪黑激素，这将减少人的深度睡眠时间和减低睡眠的质量，而且无论是左右横躺着都将对眼睛造成压迫，产生膨胀感，最终使得左右眼睛的视力偏差拉大，近视加深；此外，长时间在漆黑的环境下盯着自发光的屏幕，会引发干眼症，造成要角膜破损，严重的会带来实力的永久损伤。
