2The ever-rising price of property in China has become cause of worry for an increasing number of people, shows a survey.
Despite the measures taken last year to cool down the overheatedreal estate market, fewer people now believe that the prices would stabilize in the near future.
Only one-fifth of the 2,582 people polled by China Youth Daily's social research centre, sina.com and ePanel Marketing Research Consulting Co were confident that the
government's steps would check the trend. Their percentage was 60 in a similar survey conducted only two years ago.
The poll results announced yesterday showed another significant change: instead of blaming real estate investors for raising the prices to earn huge profits, as respondents had done two years ago, more people now blame the government's vulnerability in macro-control measures for the malaise.
The rising demand and the concurrent raising of prices by investors are to blame, said Bao Zonghua, president of China Real Estate and Housing Research Association. And the macro-control measures need time to take effect.
Almost all the respondents said there was a bubble in the real estate market, with nearly half being certain that it would burst in 10 years. But almost 40 percent believe that the bubble would never burst.
A whopping 80 percent believe that real estate prices would continue to rise this year, and 30 percent fear it would do so at a greater pace.

In many chinese cities especially in the big cities, the speed of rising in price of housing is rapid and surprising. The price of housing has deviated the income level of many common people seriously. It is awkward that a common person can not afford a common house in our country.
What reasons have led to the appearance mentioned above on earth? In my opinion, there are 3 main and essential reasons about it.
Frist of all, the price of land which has changed more and more higher in recent years is the most important factor. We know, the real estate includes 2 parts: the land and the housing.The price of the real estate includes the land`s and the housing`s price. Now more and more governments depend on selling the land to keep their income. The main way of land sale is auction,it has to pay more money to the government. The expensive land increases the cost of the house, certainly, the cost will shift to the consumers at last. - Secondly, there is much more foam composition accompanies with the economy of the real estate. At present, more and more people need purchase a new house, which shows there is a good market future on the real estate. Economist calls it is “Selling party market”. So, many businessmen of the real estate unite a alliance which can control the market as a puppet. Thereby, rises in price of the real estate often happened instead of normally, regularly . -
Thirdly, the government is short of the function what it should have. It was a pity that only less people had enjoyed the preferential housing in lasted 10 years. More people had to choose the expensive commercial housing. The government neglected its duty, Take this point, the government should be partly in charge of the price of housing.
In a word, the season influences the price of housing is complex. But there is a simple fact, Chinese government must be attch importance to more and more higher price of housing.
We have witnessed that to buy a house is becoming more and more difficult for most of Chinese , especially in a big city. According to the Survey data ,the young people who have not enough money to buy a house accounts for 80%.And the data shows that the people who have their own houses bought by their parents accounts for 90 percent. Many reasons contribute to this phenomenon.
