平时在校对版面的过程中,笔者经常会碰到有人把“渡过难关”写成“度过难关”,那么,“度”和“渡”到底该怎么区别呢?

“度”是指从一个点到另一个点,“渡”是后生的字,在“ 渡”之前,凡是表示“过”的意思,一概用“度”;“渡”出现后,“度”的任务有所分化,。 在现代汉语使用中,用于与时间相关的意义时,一般用“度”,如度日、度假、光阴虚度;用于与空间相关的意义时,用“渡”,如渡河、渡口、渡过难关。

两者有一个简单的区分方法,“度”是自然而然的,非度不可的,没有人为因素,比如你不想度周末也得度周末;而“渡”则须通过主观努力,有着人为因素的意义,如没有船就不能渡河,不是群策群力,“难关”也是渡不过去的。

时下是煤炭行业的冰河时期,同时又是安全事故多发的时期。为此我们应进一步明确“安全为了发展,安全就是发展”的安全理念,切实提高职工对安全生产工作重要性的认识。

2012年8月12日,崔庄煤矿发生顶板事故。顶板事故可谓是煤矿企业的多发事故。{我渡过了难关,,,,,,,500字}.

从事故发生的原因分析,顶板事故发生的主要原因客观上由于煤矿基础条件差,井巷布局不合理,安全投入不够。主观上是由于工人在工作中支护不到位、或者是支护不及时造成的;有的是处理危岩时,措施、方法不合理造成的;有的是支护材料不合要求造成的。在瓦斯事故中存在的主要问题是瓦检员配备不足,责任心不强,检查不及时,没有及时跟班作业,井下电器有失爆现象;煤矿树枝状开采还未根本杜绝,通风状况还不是非常良好,瓦斯很容易产生突然集聚,造成瓦斯事故的发生。从分析来看,事故归根到底均是由于直接操作者不按照煤矿安全生产操作规程或者是企业没有制定切合实际的、详细的、科学的操作规程,致使从业人员有章不循或无章不循,企业的管理人员又严重不负责,加之本身基础条件差,致使事故多发。

从事故发生的时间分析,在企业现场管理人员要下班、或者已经下班、或者现场管理人员没有跟班作业致使安全生

产事故发生。说明了企业的现场管理责任不落实,监督不到位,工人乘机违章操作。

伤亡和事故的发生,务必会对煤矿企业造成最大的损失和最大的浪费。同时,煤矿安全生产关系到人民群众的生命财产安全,关系改革发展和社会稳定大局。为此,我们要做到:

1、狠抓安全培训,努力提高企业管理人员和从业人员的安全意识。

当前从煤矿安全生产存在的问题来看,主要表现为企业的管理人员安全知识溃乏,在具体的安全生产管理中失误较多,不能够根据煤矿的实际情况做出具体的、科学的安排部署,而从业人员自身素质较低,自我防护意识较差,“三违”现象严重,为此做好企业管理人员和从业人员的安全培训显得尤为重要。

2、严格各项制度的落实,降低伤亡事故的发生。

安全生产责任重于泰山,要全力降低伤亡事故的发生,必须做到严格管理。我们既要认真总结近年来煤矿安全生产上取得成功经验,更要看到我们薄弱环节,特别是在制度的落实上还存在着差距。

北京的一位日语男导游曾经遇到这样一件事。有一次,他要为一个日本客人送早航,没想到自己起晚了,一睁眼,离预定的出发时间只差十分钟。他赶紧和司机联系,让他帮助先设法拢住客人,他尽快赶到。等他到了饭店的时候,已经比预定的时间晚了将近半个小时。但他发现客人一点儿也不急,正在有说有笑地吸着烟,和司机比比画画地交流呢。导游赶紧和客人道歉,客人却一个劲地说没有关系,并关切地询问他母亲的病情是不是控制住了。当时问得他莫名其妙。事后司机告诉他,司机对客人说他母亲病了,他需要紧急处理一下再赶过来。那位司机师傅是不懂日语的,真不知道他用什么办法让那位日本客人明白的。
