本次四级考试考查的是一次性塑料袋的使用问题。环保问题，是今年的热门话题之一。 在新世界的课堂上，曾经给学员练习过类似的话题，相信学员能有不错的答卷。

In modern world, Disposable plastic bags were once widely used in China. People used to take it for shopping and shopping assistants often provided free plastic bags for our convenience. For a while, life without them seemed unimaginable for most of us.
However, disposable plastic bags do bring severe damage to our environment and lot of harms to life. First and foremost, they are abandoned everywhere. It cannot be absorbed which will have great influence for the environment. Finally the pollution brought by plastic threat to our species life.{小小的塑料袋,作文}.
To sum up, it is meaningful to limit the use of disposable plastic. It’s significant that our government has banned the use of disposable plastic bags officially, and people will be charged for the use of such bags. This action is reducing the consumption of bags to a great extent.{小小的塑料袋,作文}.

塑料袋旅行记
浙江省永康 大司巷小学5[6]班 何昊 我是一只塑料袋，原本我能给人类带来方便，可现在我却背着千古骂名。
我原来是在菜市场玩得很开心的干净塑料袋，这时一个买菜人将我拿走，我觉得为人类做事是很光荣的。可是那人回到家后，却将我扔在了一旁，把我忘得干干净净。一阵风吹来，我被吹到了河里。河里的臭味可真难闻啊!一条条死鱼飘在河面上，飘来阵阵鱼腥味。这时，一条小鱼游过来对我说：“塑料袋哥哥，快救救我们吧!对面的工厂排放出毒烟，还将这些污水倒在河里。我们这条河里的鱼，很快就死的死.伤的伤!”
这时又一阵风，将我吹到了地上。一辆汽车飞弛而过。我被轮胎压得腰酸背痛，全身是伤。一个小男孩走了过来，将我又踩了一脚，然后又将我踢在一旁，很快我的身上粘满了污垢，变成了一个小丑。 我又被一阵风吹到了火堆旁。几个小孩将我放进了火堆里烤了又烤，我因为受不了这火的烤，变成了一缕缕清烟飘上了天空。
人类啊!你们不要再破坏空气和污染河水了，否则，下一个惩罚的就是你们人类了!
