根据相关规定,我院拟对教学楼实训环境改造(智慧校园WIFI覆盖)采购项目进行询价采购,欢迎符合条件的供应商前来竞价,现将有关事项公告如下:

一、 项目基本情况:

(一)采购项目编号:gdxysy-2016-001

(二)采购项目名称:教学楼实训环境改造(智慧校园WIFI覆盖)采购项目

(三)采购预算:人民币32.4万元(含税)。

(四)项目内容及需求:(采购项目技术规格、参数及要求详见附件二:用户需求书) 。

1、实现教学楼的无线WIFI覆盖,构建一个智能、易用、好用的无线网络。一方面与前期建设的WIFI无线网络能无缝对接;另一方面必须满足学院实训课程场地使用要求中学生和教师使用笔记本电脑或移动终端接入无线网络教学的要求,或者视频教学的要求。

2、竞价人必须保证产品的正确安装部署及在使用过程中的安全、可靠。在设备安装施工中的钉墙、开孔、布线、上架等过程,施工工艺需满足我方安装要求。

3、所有产品及设计、制造、测试和安装都应符合采购时已颁布的现行国家标准或国家认可的(部颁、行业)标准和国际标准化组织及等效或更优的其他国家的权威性标准和规范的有关条文。

4、质保期:要求货物原厂正品,质量保证。本采购项目免费售后维保期3年。

5、现场踏勘(答疑会):竞价单位须按照约定时间(2016年11月7日15:00,教学楼大堂集中)参加踏勘现场,并签到登记备案。对踏勘现场出现的问题,采购人将统一作出解答,不再安排时间受理答疑。

二、 供应商资格要求:

(一)具备《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第22条规定的条件。

(二)具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度。 (三)具有履行合同所必需的设备和专业技术能力。 (四)有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录。 (五)在经营活动中无违法或重大违法记录。 (六)法律、行政法规规定的其他条件。

(七)报价人必须进行现场踏勘,以采购人备案的现场踏勘签到登记表为准。

前言
