家乡的潮剧
我的家乡——美丽的汕头，一提起汕头，不禁联想到了丰富多彩的潮文化：香气怡人的潮汕功夫茶，美味可口的潮汕小吃，更有韵味独特的潮剧……
每天清晨，当我睁开惺忪的睡眼，看到第一缕阳光时，总能听到爷爷奶奶的收音机里正在播放着潮剧的选段；呼吸着新鲜的空气，伴随着鸟语花香，在大街上散步，时不时总看见一些中老年人三五成群地围在一台收音机旁，边听边哼唱着潮剧。可见潮剧在潮汕的中老年人的心目中占据着重要的地位，但是，潮剧却无法“掳获”青少年儿童的“芳心”，深受广大中老年人青睐的潮剧，为何无法得到青少年儿童的认可呢？
同其它戏曲一样，潮剧的角色分为生、旦、净、丑，通过唱、做、念、打等艺术手法表现人物，潮剧不像电视剧一样有实物表演，只是纯粹的通过虚拟的基本手法来表现生活。一声声潮剧清音，如扑面而来的春风，荡漾在人们心际。一个个戏曲片段，如春日里融融的阳光，洒遍人们心头。
戏曲是一本书，它积淀着我们祖辈文明的印迹；戏曲是一幅画，它展示着多彩的社会生活；戏曲是一首诗，它蕴蓄着人们丰富的感情世界，潮剧亦复如是。但是，随着社会生活的发展，电影、电视的普及，流行文化已占据了广大人民的主流地位，中国戏曲艺术受到极大的冲击，潮剧正一步步走向衰落。 潮剧要怎样成为时尚？潮剧要怎样发扬光大？我认为，随着时代的变迁，潮剧应该学会与时俱进！如果以为地追求传统，不颠覆以往的风格，走时尚潮流的路线，恐怕，不久的将来便会销声匿迹。其实，潮剧可以在保持传统的前提下，添加一些流行元素：如改编成漫画、动画片„流行歌曲……
让潮剧成为一种时尚，需要创意，需要恒心，更需要齐心协力。我坚信，在潮汕人民的共同努力下，一股潮剧狂潮即将“来袭”！
潮汕功夫茶
潮汕功夫茶即潮汕茶道，是我国古老的茶文化之一，据考，在唐朝时期茶文化已经十分完善，沿海一带人们都十分喜欢饮茶，在潮汕当地更是把茶做为了待客的最佳礼仪并加以完善，这不仅是因为茶在许多方面有着养生的作用更因为自古以来茶就有“待君子，清心身”的意境。
所谓功夫茶，并非一种茶叶或茶类的名字。而是一种泡茶的技法。之所以叫功夫茶，是因为这种泡茶的方式极为讲究。操作起来需要一定的功夫，此功夫，乃为沏泡的学问，品饮的功夫。功夫茶起源于宋代,在广东的潮州府(今潮汕地区)及福建的漳州、泉州一带最为盛行,乃唐、宋以来品茶艺术的承袭和深入发展。苏辙有诗曰：“闽中茶品天下高,倾身事茶不知劳。”
品功夫茶是潮汕地区很出名的风俗之一,在潮汕本地，家家户户都有功夫茶具，每天必定要喝上几轮。即使侨居外地或移民海外的潮汕人，也仍然保持着品功夫茶这个风俗。可以说,有潮汕人的地方，便有功夫茶的影子。
功夫茶以浓度高著称，初喝似嫌其苦，习惯后则嫌其他茶不够滋味了。功夫茶采用的是乌龙茶叶，如铁观音、水仙和凤凰茶。乌龙茶介乎红、绿茶之间，为半发酵茶，只有这类茶才能冲出功夫茶所要求的色香味。凤凰茶产自潮州凤凰山区，茶汤色泽微褐，茶叶条索紧、叶质厚实，很耐冲泡，一般可冲20次左右。
凤凰单丛茶最有名，具桂花、茉莉、蜂蜜的风味，曾在福州举行的全国名茶评选会上荣获桂冠。
功夫茶的茶具，包括炉子，是红泯小炭炉，一般高一尺二寸，茶锅为细白泥所制，锅炉高二寸，底有碗口般大，单把长近三寸，冲罐如红柿般大，乃潮州泥制陶壶，茶杯小如核桃，乃瓷制品，其壁极薄。
功夫茶
喝功夫茶，是潮汕地区家家户户吃过晚饭后必做的事情之一，我家当然也不例外了。
好像从我懂事的时候开始，喝功夫茶就成了我家必不可少的事情。吃过晚饭后，爸爸便会泡起茶,一家人坐在一起喝功夫茶,享受天伦之乐.
随着时间的推移,我发现爸爸泡茶的时候,爱喝茶的奶奶却没喝几杯,喝完茶后奶奶还急匆匆的样子跑到房间里,不知道去干什么.后来爸爸便要每天晚上泡水仙茶,但是每一次的行动都被我阻止,奶奶在这个时候都会说：“算了，算了，还是泡铁观音吧.我也挺喜欢铁观音的清香的.”爸爸只好无奈地听奶奶的话,泡铁观音茶.这时我便会得意洋洋.

㈠年轻一代对潮剧剧目的了解
潮剧的历史源远流长，剧目品种繁多。据调查得知，由韩江水孕育长大的年轻一代对脍炙人口的潮剧剧目比较熟悉，如《狸猫换太子》《告亲夫》《春香传》《京城会》《十五贯》等，但对于其他潮剧剧目就显得了解偏少。
㈡年轻一代对潮剧艺人的了解
据调查结果知，年轻一代所了解的潮剧艺人有方展荣、张怡、郑健、 林初、 张长城等。这些潮剧艺人在舞台上扮演了一个个深入人心的角色，为潮汕梨园留下了一朵朵艺术之花，他们在不同的位置上，为着共同挚爱的事业，奉献着他们的青春和智慧。还有的虽不为潮剧观众所熟悉，却默默为潮剧艺术耗去了大半辈子的心血，他们每一个演员在台前幕后所做的表演，都为潮剧发展做出了贡献.。
作为潮汕文化瑰宝的潮剧，其传承的工作也列上了议事日程，这是潮剧界乃至文化界的大事。在五六十年代，潮剧界能人甚多，老艺人和新文艺工作者济济一堂，社会上的文人学者也无微不至地关注着潮剧，当时对传统的整理传承达到了一个高峰。中华人民共和国成立后，潮剧在闽南又得复兴，云霄、诏安、东山、平和成立有县级专业剧团。60年代，漳州地区专业与业余的潮剧团发展到近200个。“文化大革命”期间，这些剧团全被解散。直至江青反革命集团被粉碎后才得到恢复，潮剧剧团才开始发展。1990年以后，潮剧受到市场经济的制约和多种现代文艺形式的冲击，投资减少，人才流失，艺术水平下降，优秀的传统表演艺术濒临灭亡，正处在艰难发展的状况之中，亟待保护和扶植。
但是，在现有市、县国有剧团和民资剧团中，老一辈演员退役之后，新一辈演员的知名度均不高，演员队伍出现青黄不接的状况。繁荣与发展潮剧艺术事业，要注重人才的培养。发展离不开人才，繁荣更需要人才。而对于未来会不会从事与潮剧发展继承方面的工作，绝大部分年轻人表示不会从事这方面的工作。潮剧的发展令人堪忧。而到了现在，据研究结果表明，不止半数的同学表示身边没有相应的潮剧社团或是潮剧艺人，只有不到一半的人表示身边有从事这方面工作的人。
㈢年轻一代对潮剧角色划分的了解
如表1可以看出，对于潮剧的角色的了解。大多数人对潮剧的有一定的认识，做为潮汕人，应多多了解地方的文化，使潮剧有更好的发展空间和前途。

二、年轻一代的生活与潮剧
㈠家庭成员对潮剧的热衷
从图2可看出观众多是中老年人，难以征服青少年的心。究其原因，一方面是当下的青少年喜欢时尚、快节奏、时代感强的东西，潮剧节奏缓慢，内容又远离生活，难以引起青少年的共鸣；另一方面，青少年缺乏传统文化方面的教育，不懂得如何欣赏潮剧这样一种传统戏曲，因为“看不懂”所以“不想看”。

㈡潮剧与年轻一代的生活
潮剧历史上，在其涵盖潮汕人文、孕纳潮汕民间艺术而不断形成地域性特点的同时，还始终保持民性化、大众化的特色，使其一直在民间广为传唱，成为潮人同赏、同享、同乐的乡音。
它与潮汕民俗活动的结合，更为明显。节日时令、游神赛会、红白喜事等民俗活动期间潮汕大演其戏的事例，范围广至迎神、谢神、祭祖、寿诞、得子、婚嫁、封官、晋爵、乔迁、建祠，以至行铺开张、乡规习俗制定和施行等等方面。演出形式，从早期沿袭勾栏、竹帘，到戏棚、神庙戏台，再到戏园、剧场，也无不是适应社会和群众的需要，不断地调整变换的结果。
三、年轻一代看待潮剧的发展
