It's undeniable there is some truth in the words .We can hear in our life ,numerous people always complaining that their life is full of challenges instead of opportunities ,which in their mind are always in short of supply and out of reach .And day by day ,we are convinced .
However, we should have a better understanding on challenges and opportunities. That is, when challenges come, opportunities will definitely show up. Opportunities lies in challenges, therefore, we should face up to challenges as we are dealing with precious opportunities.
So dear friends, we should face with challenges bravely and confidently. Each of us will confront challenges from time to time .If we are wise enough, we will accept these challenges as a necessary part of the higher education in today's competition. A famous man once said 'there are many people who could be Olympic champions but never tried .This sentence tells that we should learn to grasp challenges and try to make it. And we will find our feet and seize some opportunities as well.
But is it enough only to face up to challenges bravely and confidently? The answer is NO absolutely .We should be prepared for opportunities. As we undergraduates face with a series of challenges, such as study competition, capability competition, employment competition and so on,
which compel us to prepare more for the coming opportunities .We should not only learn more and practice more but also should have optimistic spirit .Be enthusiastic! Be persevering! Be diligent!

The Biggest Challenge in My College
The biggest challenge I have faced as a college student is that I do not arrange my
time legitimately. First, I do not stop watching TV and movies, which waste a lot of
time that should have been made of better use in studying. It is annoying that I do not
control my TV and movies’ watching time. Second, I always stay up late at night,
which makes me too tired to get up early. It not only deprive of my time to have
breakfast but also makes me so tired that I do not pay better attention to the next day’s
lessons. The most important thing is that I cannot eat healthily. I always eat street food
which is not very clean and do harm to me outside school. While eating these, I suffer
from diarrhea seriously. Besides, I cannot help eating too much junk food which
makes my stomach much weaker. When I have a stomachache, I decide to quit eating
junk food. However, when I recover, I start to eat unhealthy food again, which worries
me a lot. All in all, I believe I will lead a happy life in college which is filled with
challenges, because I am confident to overcome the challenges one by one. (211 words)

记叙文写作要点如下：

On Mid-autumn Day last year, Li Yue and her classmates went to Jiuan Nursing
Home as volunteers. Hardly had they arrived when they presented the elderly with flowers and mooncakes. Then they were occupied in cleaning the windows and sweeping the floors. Due to their work, all the dust was cleared away. After that, they were in the yard chatting with the elderly and dancing to them. rushed John and his father, seeing a man running away. Much to his shock, he found his neighbor Ms Slade lying in her garden bleeding heavily after being stabbed repeatedly. What’s worse, her hands were almost cut off. John immediately treated the most severe injuries to her hands and applied pressure to the wounds to slow the bleeding until the police and ambulance arrived. Thanks to John’s quick thinking and the first aid skills he learned at school, Ms Slade was saved.
What impress me most are John’s bravery and knowledge of first aid. A knowledge of first aid can make a real difference to life so that we are supposed to learn about first aid to help others and ourselves in emergencies. In a word, what John did is admirable and undoubtedly he deserves the honor .

The biggest challenge in my life happened when I entered senior high school. I was
shocked to find what the physics teacher taught was totally beyond me and I lost my

These big changes leave us the English teachers with even greater challenges as we must prepare these students not only for the final exams but also give them some skill and desire to keep learning long after they have left our classrooms. Change means challenges and a is best to deal with these challenges.
This means it is also a challenge for the teachers to keep aware of the trends in
their chosen skill and to keep the student up to date so they are on the path to being a current useful product when they graduate.
