2015级填报志愿须知
1、借考学生无法参与本地公办高中学校的录取，志愿中只能填民办学校，如果要填公办学校，学生自己向相关高中学校咨询，而且只能填在“择校”栏。
2、玉溪市内借考生可以填报玉溪市市属高中和户口所在地的县区高中。市外借考生可以回户籍地报考，考生可直接向当地高中询问。红塔区高中只接收红塔区户籍的考生。
3、不享受定向生不能填报定向志愿。
4、择校生不承认提档照顾加分，录取时只按实际成绩。
5、有些中职专业填报限身高，要注意。
6、填报志愿期间还被公安机关关押的，不能填报志愿。
7、特长生志愿填报要注意最低控制线，在最低控制线下的不能填报特长生志愿，请班主任注意检查志愿表。
8、三中国际班要交特殊费用，请学生、家长自行负责。
9、市外学校招生录取或其他非正规渠道招生录取的，学生、家长自己选择、自己配合，学校、招生办不配合，出问题自己担责。
10、云南民族中学、云南师大附属中学民族高中班、中央民族大学附属中学民族高中班三所学校不走填报志愿路线，考生自己跟学校联系。
11、志愿填报规则：
（1）知分填报，控制风险，留有余地（公布的成绩不包括加分项目）；
（2）网上填报前慎重考虑，一经填报，不能更改；
（3）第一批次（一中）：可全部填写，也可部分填写。
（4）第二批次共有四个学校，平行志愿按照分数优先的原则投档，即从高分依次往下投档，例：如果报了A学校，从所有填报的考生中按高分开始录取，如果到某学生招生计划已经满额，即不再招录。平行志愿外的其他志愿按照学校优先原则。
（5）每个批次里的四类志愿（择优、定向、特长、择校）可以全部相同，也可以部分相同，或者可以不同。可以全部填写，也可以不全填。
（6）不填某学校志愿，即便自己找到该学校并答应录取，最后也投不了档。
（7）择优志愿建议不要填两家水平一样的学校，建议拉开层次。
（8）职业学校录取：单一志愿的考生可以提前录取；
（9）第三批次的录取要求：二中择优、三中国际班只能在择优志愿中二选一，而且如果填在第2、第3两栏的为无效志愿（填1、2栏）； 三批次的定向志愿只有二中一所；特长生志愿没有；择校志愿可填两所，建议把心仪的学校填报在第1栏。

我从小学起，作文题目《我的志愿》，不知做过几次。 四年级起步做作文时就做，五年级时再做。六年级换了语文教师，新语文教师以为没有做过，要求毕业班学生认认真真做。 那是大跃进年代，“我要做发明家，我要做医生，我要做解放军，我要做工程师，我要做共产主义战士，我要放卫星„„”，就是没有想过做人民教师。

篇四:《中考填报志愿须知》
中考填报志愿须知
一、 考生志愿卡的设置
① 高中志愿，分两批设置。第一批设三个志愿，一个第一
个志愿，一个参考志愿，一个扩招志愿。第二批设三个志愿，一个第一志愿，一个参考志愿，一个扩招志愿。 ② 五年制高职（五年一贯制、三二分段），设三个志愿，一
个第一志愿，两个参考志愿。
③ 普通中专（含幼师，特师），设三个志愿，一个第一志愿，
两个参考志愿。
④ 职业高中（职业中专），设两个志愿，一个第一志愿，一
个参考志愿。
二、填写（涂）考生志愿卡的方法
① 《山西省高中阶段教育学校招生机读志愿卡》上的高中
志愿共十三栏，考生按顺序填写（涂）前六栏，第一栏为第一批录取学校的第一志愿栏，第二栏为第一批录取学校的参考志愿栏；第三栏为第一批录取学校的扩招志愿栏，第四栏为第二批录取学校的第一志愿栏，第五栏为第二批录取学校的参考志愿栏，第六栏为第二批录取学校的扩招志愿栏。
② 五年制高职（五年一贯制、三二分段）、普通中专（含幼
师，特师）职业高中（职业中专）的志愿按照志愿卡上的栏目填写（涂）。
③ 考生填写（涂）卡时，除《山西省高中阶段教育学校招生
机读志愿卡》上的信息点用2B铅笔填涂外。其余一律用蓝、黑色钢笔书写，字迹要清楚工整，信息点要涂满涂黑，不能涂的太轻、太淡、太细，也不能超出范围外。
④ 修改错误信息时必须用专用橡皮擦擦干净，再正确填写
（涂）。
⑤ 《山西省高中阶段教育学招生机读志愿卡》必须保持清
洁、平整，不得折叠、弄脏、弄破。
⑥ 考生交卡前一定要仔细逐项检查自己填写（涂）的学校名
称和编号是否正确、一致。
三、填报志愿卡的时间及规定
① 考生填报志愿的时间为6月15日至6月18日。
② 考生及时向所在县（市、区）中考招生办公室或学校领取
《山西省高中阶段教育学校招生机读志愿卡》，填报志愿。 ③ 考生填报的志愿卡上如出现学校、编号不一致的现象，以
《山西省高中阶段教育学校招生机读志愿卡》所涂信息为准，若因为考生填涂错误，贻误了录取，责任由考生自负。 ④ 考生志愿必须由考生按照招生计划自己填写（涂），《山西
省高中阶段教育学校招生机读志愿卡》上必须有考生家长签字方可生效，任何单位或个人不得强迫或者代替考生填报志愿。
⑤ 志愿卡一经填报不得涂改、更正或补报，如违反规定私改
志愿，要追究责任，严肃处理。
四、考生填报志愿时应注意的问题
① 考生能不能把握机会上一个自己满意的高中，很大程度上
取决于填报志愿是否合适。因此，市中考招生办公室特别提醒广大考生，在填报普通高中志愿时必须做到“四个清楚”：1、必须搞清各个学校和各类计划的录取顺序2、必须搞清各个学校和各类计划的生源范围；3、必须搞清各个学校和各类计划的收费标准；4、必须搞清自己想上的是什么学校，有没有条件报高收费的扩招计划。然后慎重选择要填报的学校和计划类别，把相应的学校编号填入规定的栏目内。没有条件上较高收费的扩招计划的就不要填写这些志愿栏；想重点报后批学校统招录取的就不填前批学校的扩招志愿；不想上哪一个学校就不填这个学校的志愿。
② 考生选报志愿时，一定要处理好普通高中、五年制高职（五
年一贯制、三二分段）和普通中专（含幼师，特师）学校的关系，综合分析，保持阶梯，切实选报好每个学校。 ③ 所有五年制高职（五年一贯制、三二分段）和普通中专（含
幼师，特师）招生指标均面向全省招生，考生均可选报。 ④ 所有考生均可参加普通高中、五年制高职（五年一贯制、
三二分段）和普通中专（含幼师，特师）的录取，每个考生都要认真选报普通高中、五年制高职（五年一贯制、三
二分段）和普通中专（含幼师，特师）的志愿，普通高中的录取工作全部结束后，五年制高职（五年一贯制、三二分段）和普通中专（含幼师，特师）的统一录取工作接着进行。
⑤ 报普通中专（含幼师，特师）、警校和司法学校的考生面
试工作待录取报到后由招生学校组织进行
五、说明：中考成绩揭晓后，市中招办将打印考生成绩通知单，由县（市、区）招办发放到考生所在学校，届时考生可到所在学校查看自己的中考成绩。
