童英语学习中普遍存在的一些突出问题，特别是英语学习中的
“哑巴英语”现象，
立足学校的实践需求，对现行儿童英语学习的理念与目标、内容与方式、教师角色、语言学
习环境创设与评价进行了许多改革。
“兴趣是最好的老
师。”活泼，好动，表现欲强是孩子们的天性。而攀登英
语的教学内容、教
学方法到教学过程的各个环节都潜在着很多可利用的兴趣因
素，只要主课教师
有意识地去挖掘都可成为课堂中的的兴趣点，再从这些兴趣点

二、攀登英语的教
学环境更适合农村小学英语的学习
1．学习环境创设的
意义
通过营造丰富的英
语学习环境，激发学生的英语学习兴趣；为学生提供充分
的实践练习与交流
的机会；为学生提供内隐学习的机会，从而起到促进后继学习
效果的作用；为学
生展示学习成果、记录成长历程。
2．物理学习环境的
创设
背景环境。位置：
教室内墙、教室外墙、楼道内展板等处均可作为创设背景
环境的地方。内容：
将所有的课桌沿墙摆放，中间留出摆出椅子的位置。将椅子
按小组摆放，这样
利于学生进行小组活动和评价。②评价用环境。位置：黑板，教室内墙。内容：与学生的学
习活动评价直接挂钩，形式相对固定，但内容实时
更新。可以在黑板
和教室内墙相对固定的地方设立一个“小组奖励”栏。黑板上
的“小组奖励栏”

四、攀登英语教环
节与教学原则比其他教材更适合于农村小学英语的教学 主要表现在：①教材内容源于儿童生
活，运用了适合儿童年龄阶段的教材内容，学生易于接受，教师更容易把握。②歌曲童谣节
奏明快，图文声情并茂，教师易于编排舞蹈。③多角色的故事短剧，较适宜于组织活动。④
注重内部环境和外部环境的创设。在攀登英语教学中我们还必须要遵循五大原则：①“no
chinese”原则。教
师和学生之间，学生与学生之间的沟通尽量用英文来进行，使学生完全沉浸在英语环境中。
这样帮助了学生提高口语交际能力，无形中自发的实用英语②无错原则。教师要适度宽容学
生，不要生硬地批评，职责或纠正，而要采用多媒体学习材料师范，同伴师范等形式来帮助
孩子改正错误。③互动性原则。主要调动了学生与教师，学生与学生之间的相互协作，和小
组竞争意识。④动静结合原则动静结合是攀登英语教学中的一项重要原则，比如在上watch
and listen 时要求学生“静”，在listen and repeat时要求学生“动”但刚开始学时，学
生只看了喜欢的动画，该“静”时过于兴奋，不能很好地把握，这是教师可以用肢体语言进
行引导，已达到教学目的⑤真实情景原则。教师创设真实的教学情境，把主动权交给了学生，
真正做到了以学生为主体的教学理念。
攀登英语的这些教
学环节和教学原则，使得教师的攀登课堂更加的生动，学生的学习兴趣被很好的激发，让学
生在快乐中学习，在真实情境中学习，改善了农村英语教学中，学生由于接触面比较狭隘，
对英语的学习羞于张口，羞于表达的这一难题。因此，攀登英语在农村是可行的。
五、攀登英语教学
适合所有非专业教师来教
现阶段，在农村小学由于教师的匮乏，专业对口的教师很少，每门课有老师带就很不错了，
更不用说专业对口，尤其是英语教学，那不像语文数学老师随便都可以带，而英语它是一门
外国语言，专业不对口，教出的学生在单词发音，语言运用等方面都有很大问题。而攀登英
语也为我们解决了这一问题，他是适合所有老师，即使非专业老师也可以通过他的教学硬件
和教学设计来教好每一位学生，因为攀登英语的课堂要求上课环节在教室的教材中都很清楚，
而且教学用主要光盘，电视，dvd等，教师只是一名组织者和引导者，至于在课堂中的教学
它的每个教学环节都很明确，就是 “听，观看”“听，重复”“跟唱，跟着学”“表演”。这些
