习环境创设与评价进行了许多改革。

“兴趣是最好的老

师。”活泼,好动,表现欲强是孩子们的天性。而攀登英

学方法到教学过程的各个环节都潜在着很多可利用的兴趣因

素,只要主课教师

有意识地去挖掘都可成为课堂中的的兴趣点,再从这些兴趣点

学环境更适合农村小学英语的学习

1.学习环境创设的

意义

通过营造丰富的英

语学习环境,激发学生的英语学习兴趣;为学生提供充分

的实践练习与交流

的机会;为学生提供内隐学习的机会,从而起到促进后继学习

效果的作用;为学

生展示学习成果、记录成长历程。

2.物理学习环境的

创设

背景环境。位置:

教室内墙、教室外墙、楼道内展板等处均可作为创设背景

环境的地方。内容:

将所有的课桌沿墙摆放,中间留出摆出椅子的位置。将椅子

按小组摆放,这样

利于学生进行小组活动和评价。②评价用环境。位置:黑板,教室内墙。内容:与学生的学

习活动评价直接挂钩,形式相对固定,但内容实时

更新。可以在黑板

和教室内墙相对固定的地方设立一个“小组奖励”栏。黑板上

活,运用了适合儿童年龄阶段的教材内容,学生易于接受,教师更容易把握。②歌曲童谣节

奏明快,图文声情并茂,教师易于编排舞蹈。③多角色的故事短剧,较适宜于组织活动。④

注重内部环境和外部环境的创设。在攀登英语教学中我们还必须要遵循五大原则:①“no

chinese”原则。教

师和学生之间,学生与学生之间的沟通尽量用英文来进行,使学生完全沉浸在英语环境中。

这样帮助了学生提高口语交际能力,无形中自发的实用英语②无错原则。教师要适度宽容学

生,不要生硬地批评,职责或纠正,而要采用多媒体学习材料师范,同伴师范等形式来帮助

孩子改正错误。③互动性原则。主要调动了学生与教师,学生与学生之间的相互协作,和小

组竞争意识。④动静结合原则动静结合是攀登英语教学中的一项重要原则,比如在上watch

and listen 时要求学生“静”,在listen and repeat时要求学生“动”但刚开始学时,学

生只看了喜欢的动画,该“静”时过于兴奋,不能很好地把握,这是教师可以用肢体语言进

真正做到了以学生为主体的教学理念。

五、攀登英语教学

适合所有非专业教师来教

现阶段,在农村小学由于教师的匮乏,专业对口的教师很少,每门课有老师带就很不错了,

更不用说专业对口,尤其是英语教学,那不像语文数学老师随便都可以带,而英语它是一门

外国语言,专业不对口,教出的学生在单词发音,语言运用等方面都有很大问题。而攀登英

语也为我们解决了这一问题,他是适合所有老师,即使非专业老师也可以通过他的教学硬件

和教学设计来教好每一位学生,因为攀登英语的课堂要求上课环节在教室的教材中都很清楚,
