Generally speaking, Team spirit refers to the ability of working with others, and it is part of organization culture.It is easy to understand that without the spirit of utter devotion of everybody, there will no team spirit in a team.
Team spirit is important, it strengthens the sense of cohesion so as to make everyone pull together to work toward to the same direction to realize the ultimate aim. And in the process, the members become more excellent because of the friendly competition among them.
To encourage team spirit,I have some advice here. First,we should have a clear and definite goal, which can unite us all to encourage us to fight for it.And at the same time,a good system is required.Without an efficiency system, you cannot build a disciplinary team.Beside,a good communicate environment should be created to resolve the contradiction between the members.And in a team, respect to each one is precondition to mobilize the enthusiasm. When one is respected, he will feel at home in the group, and the talent will be highly inspired.We can also lead the every member to take part in the management,so they can contribute their wisdom, and they will also be more responsible.

There are still many problems of environmental protection in recent years. To protect the environment, governments of many countries have done a lot. Legislative steps have been introduced to control air pollution, to protect the forest and sea resources and to stop any environmental pollution. In my opinion, to protect environment, the government must take even more concrete measures. First, it should let people fully realize the importance of environmental protection through education. Second, much more efforts should be made to put the population planning policy into practice, because more people means more people means more pollution. Finally, those who destroy the environment intentionally should be severely punished. We should let them know that destroying environment means destroying mankind themselves.
