上世纪八十年代，手机开始使用，但只有有钱人家才有手机，到了九十年代，手机开始普及但却很笨重，随着时代的快速发展，人们的通讯工具日益增加，手机变得小巧了，功能也增加了很多，不管男女老少几乎人手一台，成为了我们日常必不可少的物品。然而手机却有利有弊。
在我们的日常生活中，首先，手机可以让我们随时随地和家人联系，这不仅在我们外出时可以使父母放心，也可以在我们遇到危险时及时求助；其次，手机可以便于朋友交流，能够增进友谊，在我们学习遇到困难时，还可以与同学讨论；再次，手机小巧方便携带，我们可以看到有价值的拍下来并及时与朋友进行分享；然后，手机中还有闹钟功能，我们不必再使用笨重的闹钟，不管在哪里手机里的闹钟都可以提醒我们，这个时间给做什么事情了。最后，我们还可在手机上浏览信息，及时知道面面俱到的最新消息。
手机固然便利，然而也有弊端。
首先，健康是大家共同关心的问题手机对人类的健康有着一定的影响。睡觉时，很多人把手机放枕边，手机的辐射会对人类的中枢神经系统造成机能性障碍，引起头痛、头昏、失眠、多梦和脱发等症状，有的人面部还会有刺激感。很多人经常熄灯后玩手机，手机的强光，会是黄斑部病变，轻者眼睛干涩，重者失明。其次，现在很多人得了“手机依赖症”，这严重耽误学习和工作。再次，现在学生们都有手机，档次各不相同，这极容易造成心里不平衡，引起攀比之风，给父母造成经济负担。最后，手机是贵重物品，这不仅给不法分子带来了偷窃的机会，还有可能引起一些不良学生偷盗的现象。严重影响了校园治安。
手机有利有弊，但只要我们合理的使用手机，扬长避短，发挥它应有的多用，造福我们的学习、工作、生活。我们应管理好自己的生活，作为一名中学生，我们应从我做起，对于合理使用，并用它传播正能量。

我的观点是应该。随着科技的进步学生带手机进校已是随处可见，手机作为最便捷的联系方式可以让自己和家长取得及时的联系，也方便自己对一些困惑寻求第一时间的解决方案。所以我认为小学生带手机进校园是应该的！ 在这个科技的时代，我认为小学生也有权将手机带进校园。
其一，这有利于学习，学校不可能为每一个学生请一位老师，同学有问题时，老师不一定有空，而手机可以每个人都有，并且每时每刻有空。
其二，这是时代发展的需求，这是科技的时代，小学生应该多和网络交流，发展兴趣，网络是最好最大的平台，可以让各种人展示自己，让孩子们可以自己观察这个社会。
学校担心的我们也知道，怕同学们沉迷于手机，荒废学业，但是社会上的诱惑那么多，岂是禁止带手机就可以让同学们专注于学习，意志不坚定的人，就算没有手机他也会想到别的娱乐方式，甚至比沉迷于手机更可怕，倒不如让他们带手机，教他们学会自己正确安排时间，偶尔放松一下自己，看看外面的世界。最容易失足的人不是与社会沟通的人，而是与社会隔绝的人，手机就是一个与社会沟通的平台。
所以，我认为小学生可以也应该带手机进校园。
1.我国并没有相关的法律法规明文规定学生该不该使用手机。
2.水可以淹死人，但我们不可能因此而不靠近水；手机也是一样。
3.上课玩手机？那你可以要求他们上课关机。如果是引发攀比，那么他们可不可以戴手表？如果是引发盗窃和抢劫，那么他们可不可以带钱？
4.手机作为科技进步带给人类的新工具，对于全体人类有益的。那么对于学生为什么就有害呢。进入校园后出现的负面影响，如影响学习、互相炫耀等，只是进一步暴露了学生自律意识缺乏、公众意识淡薄、学校德育教育不到位等“老问题”。有些学校已经严禁学生在校园带手机，单纯地禁止只能从表面上掩盖，而不能从根本上解决问题。最根本的还是要整体提升学校的德育水平，让学生具备自律意识，以健康、文明的心态使用手机

摘要：当今社会，人民的生活水平日益提高，许多家长担心孩子路上安全和方便及时
联系给中小学的孩子都配备了手机。前几年只听说人们带手机的比较普遍，最近一年，我发
现，小学生、中学生中使用手机的现象也越来越常见。手机的确给我们的生活带来了极大的
方便，但是在欣赏手机带来的精彩的同时，我们往往会无意间耗去过多的精力、时间和金钱
等，有些同学迷上了手机游戏，有些甚至半夜还在发手机短信，同学之间煲电话粥，不但影
响了同学的学习成绩和身心健康，还扰乱了学校的课堂纪律。因此，我们觉得让大家清楚地
认识学生使用手机的利与弊是很有必要的。在家长、教师的问卷调查中，我们了解到，他们
认为只有在特殊情况下，学生可以使用手机，否则还是不要使用的好，也就是说小学生使用

课题研究背景：
根据目前已掌握的情况，发现有很多同学已拥有一部属于自己的手机，就算暂时没有购
买手机的同学，大部分人认为自己有必要有一部手机。所以我们研究这个课题的目的是：了解同学购买手机
的心态，讨论中学生拥有手机的总体利弊以及应中学生购买手机的决策因素。 课题研究意义：
随着生活水平的改善，手机的普及率开始升高，且使用者范围也开始扩张。几年前，拥
有一部手机是一件很了不起的事，对于学生来说更是遥不可及。今时不同往日，在学校里，
手机几乎是人手一部的通讯工具。而对于学生来说，手机不在是用于通讯，更多用于上网，

一、学生卷
学生卷，我们分为两大块，即有手机的同学回答内容与没手机的同学回答内容。我们 共下发325份问卷，收回300份有效问卷。
1、在这300份问卷中我们了解到有200人有手机，占总数的66.6%；没有手机的有83
人，占总数的27.6%.；还有17人是很快就会有手机了。从这个数据分析，同学们拥有手机
率是相当高的。
2、在调查中，我们还发现，这些有手机的同学中，经常使用的占65%,偶尔使用的占 24.8%，几乎没用的占10.2%。而经常使用和几乎没有使用的同学的手机是家长亲自给孩子
买的，同时让孩子以自由支配，而偶尔使用的同学的手机有35%是和家长共用的。
3、对于手机功能使用方面的调查显示，有45.5%的同学用来电话联系的，有24.5%的
同学是收发短信用的，有11.6%的同学是玩游戏的，有8.3%的同学摄像功能是用的最多的，
有7.1%是经常下载图片铃声用的，还有3.3%的同学使用最多的是上网。从这些数据分析，
同学们使用手机的功能是非常广泛的，但是基本上跟学习没多大关系。
4、对使用手机的态度调查显示，有78%的同学觉得使用手机影响了学习，有22%的同
学觉得使用手机并没有影响到学习成绩，而这22%的同学中大部分是几乎不用手机的同学，
可见对同学们来说使用手机是弊大于利的。而没有手机的同学中却有92%的同学认为使用手
机能方便联系，没体会到对成绩的影响有关吧。
5、没手机的83人中有75人都说自己想要手机，理由大部分是同学都有，我也想有； 只有8人说不想要手机，理由是手机对他而言没什么用或怕会影响到学习，而这5人都是成
绩优秀的同学，可见对使用手机的认识只有极少数的人是正确的。
二、家长卷{手机的利与弊800作文}.
而小学生该不该拥有手机呢？家长们又是如何看待这问题的呢？我们对本班的家长进 行了问卷调查、采访。据调查了解到，家长有给孩子买手机的目的更多的是“遥控”孩子行
踪，关键时刻能找到孩子，比如放学后能督促其尽快回家。二是一旦孩子路遇歹人，也能及
时用电话报警。。而且有65%的家长有没收过孩子的手机，原因是经常和同学发信息，而晚

社会调查——中学生携带手机的利与弊
随着科技的发展，各种各样的新兴电子产品落入平常百姓家。而这些电子产品中，以手机发展最为迅速。手机消费已经不可避免地在中学校园内形成热潮。关于中学生携带手机的利弊，不同的人有不同的观点与看法。为此，我决定在本班进行一次调查，通过询问与调查问卷的形式，得出相关结论。 首先，我统计了一下班内同学的手机使用情况，经整理后得出数据：
本班拥有手机的同学人数达到19人，超过班内同学总数的一半。
19部手机中，价钱在600~1000元之间的手机占大半。其中7人的手机为父母淘汰下来的旧手机。 而在用途上，5人的手机主要用途为通讯，另外1人的手机主要用途为学习。其他13人的手机主要用途为娱乐。
小学5年级或更早拥有手机的人数为2人，小学6年级拥有手机的人数为拥有8人，升入初中后拥有手机的人数为9人。而19人中，
而在手机的理由方面，1人认为，手机只是为了满足个人虚荣心，证明自己的家庭实力，作为相互攀比的依据之一；10人认为，持有手机是为了除学习外的其他娱乐消遣；8人是从实际联系的需要，考虑购买手机。
所有人均认为中学生使用手机利大于弊。 而在一部分家长和老师眼中，手机是影响学生学习成绩的罪魁祸首。多数家长指出，孩子的学习成绩在配备手机后直线下滑，因沉湎手机而疏远了父母的事情也常常发生。老师们也认为，学生使用手机后会分散注意力，失去对学习的兴趣与热情。而学生的主要任务就是学习；而且手机传播的不良信息，会污染学生心灵；也会助长奢侈浪费和盲目攀比之风；持有手机容易被坏人盯梢，不利于安全。所以，老师们和家长吗大都认为中学生携带手机弊大与利。 综合同学们，家长们和老师们的意见后，我个人认为中学生使用手机弊大于利。虽然配备手机可以方便联系，还能放松我们因学习而紧张的神经。但家长，老师们的担心也不无道理。所以我希望大家能合理安排学习与娱乐的时间，把学习当作主要任务。

Wherever you are, you can see many people equipped with mobile phones. It seems that the world becomes smaller nowadays. You could be found wherever you are so long as you take the mobile phone with you. Some people wonsider the mobile phone necessary and useful to them, while others may dislike it.
People who like the mobile phone are much more concerned about its advantages. It is convenient, for you can connect others easily and quickly. You don' t have to wait for an important call at home all day long. The youth of today send messages, surf on the net, listen to music and even take photos by using the mobile phone. People find it advanced for its attractive functions. In some countries, it even stands for a person' s status.
However, some people don' t like it. Imagine that you go to spend your holiday with your family after days of busy and tiresome work. When you lay on the beach comfortably, your phone rings. Then you have to go back to your office only to find an unimportant customer waiting for you. At that moment, you may even want to throw your phone away, for you just want to relax and get rid of your work.
However, whether you like the mobile phone or not, it has alresdy affected our lives and played an important role in the history of human beings.
