一、目标： 1． 思想道德：第一学期的品德等第为优秀，我觉得这是努力之后的结果，也是自己多年习惯养成后应有的结果。从小到大老师眼中我都是一个挺“乖”的学生。“乖”的含义有许多，我想思想品行上端正是主要，但也包含了自己比较沉闷与内向，或许是还有点笨。但不管怎样，我觉得一个人可以在学术、交际、管理等方面表现不怎么突出，但他的道德素质一定要过得硬，这是一个一般普通的学生应该做到的，更是身为二附中学生的我们必须做到的。所以，在这三年学习生活中我的目标是坚持每学期的品德等第都是优秀，在班中与同学们相处融洽，认真负责的完成工作，在内务方面自律自理自制，学习上坚持不懈地努力。相信我的这一目标能够实现。 2． 科学文化：这一版块是最基本也是最重要的，我们来到学校的最终目的无疑是要考上心目中的重点大学，将各项课程学习透彻，掌握扎实是我们的任务。然而在这一学期的学习中我感觉到很大的压力，面临种种的困难，甚至有时觉得超出了我的能力范围。我想这是因为自己过去的学习习惯和基础同现在的情况产生了很大的差距，便使得我一时很难适应以至处于落后的状态。 这一学期我有两门学科没有达标，这是一个警钟，它让我有了紧迫感和努力的动力。刚进文科班的时候我就有要选文的念头，一学期下来我的这一念头依然存在且更为强烈。我在理科上的学习的确存在着不小的问题，离达到基本的要求还有一段距离。但是这也不能成为我不达标的理由。即使将来不选理，起码及格是必须保证的，否则升留级也有危险。更何况数学是必考科目，我岂有不及格的理由？因此，在之后的学习中对于物理化学我首先要保证及格的分数，其次再努力赶上班级的平均分数线。现阶段每一门学科我都不能放松更不能放弃，这一点必须谨记。对于数学，我要先达到平均分数在渐渐争取中上。我知道这些个目标都需要很大的努力和信心才能达到，仅仅嘴上说毫无用处，必须落到实际。 而在我们文科班，我的文科成绩其实也只能说是平平。语文分数忽上忽下不够稳定，主要问题出在文言文与作文。自知我的作文水平在班上应该是在下游位置，当下应该提高自己的阅读量，使分数提高至30分是我的目标。而我的文言基础知识很不牢固，实词的积累不够，整体理解能力欠缺，古文积淀太少。所以得从现在起先做好积累与归纳的工作。其次对于自己的英语学习我很不满意，无论是分数还是态度上都存在着太多的不足。虽然在以前我最满意的学科是英语，而到了二附中我的英语只是二流三流与别人
根本没得一比，而且我是开学到现在一个样没有一个进步。这只能说明我在英语上没有努力仅仅是在“吃老本”，而这样的状态只会是慢慢退步。目前在抓紧理科的基础上我更要腾出时间提高自己的英语水平，两边兼顾是有些困难，但也是必须的。依照自己的英语功底、领悟能力和不懈的努力，希望能赶上中上的水平。对于政治与历史我始终充满着很强的兴趣，带着兴趣去学习其结果当然不错，但是我依然有很大的上升空间。 3．素质能力：老师一再强调要推行“优秀加特长”的教育理念。读书以来一直搞不懂自己的特长是什么，周围的人琴棋书画总有精通的一样，尤其是在本班都是卧虎藏龙的人才。这也不免让自己觉得有些碌碌无为学了那么多年却只是泛泛而谈。进了高中感觉自己对于文科一些知识的确产生不小的兴趣，尤其是历史、哲学、心理学。但仅仅三年的时间我无法做到面面俱到，但我想从哲学入手了解中外哲学理念与代表人物并阅读基本他们的著作。并且我也能配合自己的小课题研究更深入的探求哲学的奥秘。而历史是一项很广泛很深入的课程，想要学习透彻难度不小。况且自己初中时的历史功底很不扎实需要从头补起。我打算高一暑假结束前看完并理解《全球通史》，在阅读时有疑惑之处及时记录待之后查阅资料解疑。其次平时多关心一些与历史有关的内容，去历史博物馆做志愿者就是很好的途径之一。还有在积累了一定的知识之后我要尝试着写一些历史小论文，主要参照已发的相关书籍自学起来，应该会对理解有所帮助。而对于心理学我暂时还未想好研究的方向，毕竟是自己将来的一个理想，我会想法努力的。 二、阶段： 课程方面我想分数与名次可能是比较客观的标准。目前我班中的名次在35以后吧，希望在高一期末考试时提高至25~30。现在的障碍主要还是理科，当然文科两门如果能往优秀发展也能助一臂之力。物理下学期的总评希望能达到65~70，而数学化学努力上升至75~80的总平分。对于语文英语我相信可以再向上冲，至少要在高二时这两门要挤进班级前15。或许我给自己的期限与分值有点高，完成起来有点难度。但相信刻苦、努力了还是会有成绩的。 三、策略（此点在目标中都有提到，就不再做赘述）希望是你想要的

However, as an undergraduate student I know my knowledge and skills are somehow limited, necessitating advanced study in this field. Doing so entails I look outside of China and learn from the experiences of other developed countries, especially those with far advanced systems in place. Learning from their example will provide me with the exposure necessary for achieving my goals.
After a careful and thorough search, I have decided to seek admission to the University of Alberta in Canada. 2015-2016学年秋季学期学习计划
经过上一学年一年时间基础医学课程的学习，已经将基础医学全部学完，由于时间的压缩，加上紧密的纯医学课程的学习，知识掌握的并不是十分牢固。
但是紧接着临床医学课程就来临了。认真学习临床医学课程的同时，还需要融会之前的基础医学知识，将知识内化为自己的知识，能够随时用的出来。
上学期虽然通过了体能联考，但是我体能并不好，没能通过学校的抽考，因此我需要继续加强体能锻炼，良好的身体素质才能为学习提供保障。
总结上学期的经验，这学期的学习应当更加注重课堂，课后或课前的工作不能替代课堂所得到的东西，课堂上思路跟着老师才能学好这些课程。
上课前作简单的预习，划出重点问题，以便在上课时重点学习。在课后自习的时间回顾和梳理当天所学的知识，将笔记整理全面。每一周在梳理下这一周学的知识，将知识融会贯通，形成体系。认真完成每一项课后作业，通过作业将知识牢固掌握并学会运用知识。在见习时，多动手，多看，多听，多思考。学会运用课堂所学的知识。俗话说百闻不如一见，在临床中多看才能更好的掌握知识，并且能够学会更
好的将知识用于临床。为将来临床医学工作打下良好的基础。
平时注重将所学的知识与病例细致的贴合，将老师所提到的病例的原理弄明白。还需要增加对研讨课的重视，提高自己的文献阅读能力，学会理解别人的思路，学会叙述自己的思路。提高自己的理解能力和表达能力，学会与同学合作。还需要学会静下心来，专注的做好事情，提高自己的学习效率。
另外体能训练时间也要好好利用，劳逸结合，学习之余要注意身体，身体是革命的本钱，争取在学习情况良好的同时，也能有一个好身体，作息时间也尽可能安排的符合规律，保证充足的睡眠，养好精神才能更好的学习。其余的尽量舍弃一些无关紧要的事情，将全身心投入到学习中来。
