书信作文的语体问题

教学常规管理制度

一、备课基本要求

1、各科教师开学时应认真学习教学大纲,钻研教材,订好本期授课计划,按要求填好授课计划表。

2、备课要深入钻研教材,正确掌握和处理好教材的重点和难点,对每—课时,应该传授什么知识,引导学生解决什么问题,教师都应在备课时做到心中有数。

3、备课要备教材、备教法、备学法、备学生、备作业。写教案要切实有用,每课或章节的教案,必须以教时为单位进行编写。

4、在每周的教研组活动或集体备课的时间里,应注重单元备课研究和教学常规的训练,同科目每次要有中心发言人,(提前公布研究内容,中心发言人要事先写好发言提纲)。

5、在集体备课的基础上,个人钻研教材,确定教育教学的重点难点,基本知识和基本技能的训练和培养;根据实际,教材内容决定教学方法,板书设计及课堂的时间支配等。

l、教师对学生作业要周密考虑,精心设计知识覆盖要大些、量要适当,做到既达到教学要求,又不使学生负担过重。

2、各科作业要有统一的规格和要求。

(1)每段开头空两格;每次作业之间空两行或有明显空隙。

(2)作业日期、题目、答案、标点要整洁。

(3)字体书写工整,本子内外要整浩,每种作业只限一种颜色笔写。

(4)、作业误差修改时要清楚,错漏处或删去的地方,应一笔划去,不要乱涂乱画。

3、各科(指主科)要有堂上练习本和家庭作业本。本子要编号,要以课堂练习为主。家庭作业包括课练,要求家长签字。

B做完作业细心检查;

C教师发还作业认真看;

D有错漏的地方及时订正。

(二)批改作业基本要求

1、作业处理应贯彻“立足课内,减轻课外、优化处理,及时反馈”的原则。作业批改必须认真、字迹清晰、错漏要指出,评价要恰当,日期要注明,困难生要尽量面批。

2、教师专备“作业错误摘记本”,将学生作业中重要错误随时摘记,以便进行作业评价。

3、批改作业一律用A、B、C、D、E等级制,反对随意写“查”或“阅”字,这样做不利调动学生积极性。

4、作业必须及时批改、全批全改、对不按时交作业的学生查明原因,及时督促完成。

5、作业批改要认真、细致,避免改错;作文批改必须在一周内完成,尽量写好评点与评语。

6、批阅作业允许有创造性,但要有利于提高教与学的质量。

7、作业批改一律用红笔,全对打“”错的打“ ”,更正后打 。

8、教导处每学期组织四次(每月底一次)检查作业布置及批改情况。

四、辅导学生要求

1、提高困难生的学习成绩,是大面积提高教学质量的重要环节,选拔和培养尖子,可以为学校在各项比赛中争取荣誉,为国家培养高、精、尖人才打下基础,因此,我们必须做好提差和培尖工作。

2、必须热爱困难生,正确对待困难生,坚决反对厌恶,捧斥、放弃困难生的做法,严禁体罚或变相体罚学生。
