不止学生还有许多上班族也在部分时间场合地玩手机，上至大公司里的白领，下至茶座里的服务员，上班时间玩着手机不工作，被老板骂一顿，第二天依旧照玩不误，这同样是让手机操控了生活。
饭店里，茶座里以前都是聊天的声音，现在都是一人拿着一个手机，玩着自己的游戏，以前的 那种朋友之间聚会的气氛都没有了，连人和人之间都变得冷漠了，这亦是让手机操控了生活。
许多孩子回家之后就拿着手机玩着游戏，爸爸妈妈和他说话连头都不抬，不止孩子，连许多大人都是这样，回到了家里，父母说的是什么连听都没有用心听，这些都是让手机操控了生活。
放下手机吧，多看看外面的世界，别再沉迷于虚拟的手游世界，放下手机吧，多和身边的朋友聚聚，别再用着聊天工具发着没有温度的信息，放下手机吧，多和父母说说话，他们都已经老了，放下手机吧，上课要认真听讲，还有很长的一段路要走，没有知识怎么行…… 手机只是联系的工具，不是生活的寄托，别把时间和金钱浪费在虚拟的软件中，我们要做手机的主人而不是被手机操控着生活和情绪，放下手机吧！

近年来，时闻智能手机登场，随人类科技发展，智能手机亦异彩纷呈，登上舞台的速率亦越来越快。今早，苹果四代刚入吾囊中，至暮，苹果六代已登场多时。于是乎，智能手机之热潮愈加高涨，不见其之退时，不知会至何年何月。余欲于此析智能手机之利弊。毕竟，万物皆有其利弊，智能手机亦不能避此魔咒。 世人皆爱智能手机，因此，吾先言此物之益处。此物功能齐全，本以电脑发达，其实稍逊，此物可通信、游戏等，世人生活愈加快速，此物功不可没。离席而去，余人却无动于衷。哀哉!哀哉！此物隔离了两三代人，冷漠了华夏族的亲情海，此为利？或为弊？众应有答案。于吾辈中学生而言，智能手机比弊大于利也，此物仅能为吾辈供给新闻信息，余能乃弊端所在，中学生手持此物，实似身入网吧，定无法自拔，此中游戏等诱惑，中学生实不能自已，必陷于其中，致学业荒废也。学业既废，此生定无似锦之前程也。由此观之，于中学生而言，此物必弊大于利。
总之，余以为智能手机弊大于利，莫去招惹此物，否则将令尔失足而成千古恨也!
