语文期末口语面试工作总结
六年级语文口语测试注重考察学生听说、诵读、表演等语文的综合能力，在本次测试中我结合本班实际情况设计了课本剧表演、课文背诵、口语表达等题型对学生的口语进行了全面考察（学生自愿组合，自选内容）。
得失分情况及原因分析 多数同学高度重视，积极参与，有了重视口语表达的的意识。在本次测试活动中，全体学生都能提前做好充足的准备，大胆发言，测试成绩客观、公正。选择课文背诵的同学都能流畅的完成背诵，但是有些同学背诵时的情感表达不够充沛，失分的关键所在；选择课本剧表演的同学，创造性很强，道具准备齐全，在文本的基础上加上了自己的理解，形象地展现了课文中塑造的人物形象，效果较好；选择口语表达的同学能较为得体地表达自己的意图。 存在问题 1．少数学生认识不够，不能做到按时、按要求进行测试，不能流利地进行口语表达。 2．课文背诵情感表达不到位，又有唱读、机关枪读等错误读法。 3. 在剧本表演时，个别同学没有合作意识和团队精神，自我意识浓厚，导致表演时不够默契。 4．有的学生在进行口语交流时，不够大方，语速太快，神情比较紧张。 改进方法 加强对学生朗读与背诵的日常指导，在领悟文章情感的基础同时进行朗读技巧的指导；加强学生表演性地训练，语文阅读教学与语文综合实践活动相结合；加强口语交际的指导，创设真实情境，培养学生的口语表达能力。
