With the development of economy, more and more greenhouse gases are being discharged into the air. CO2 makes up about 70% of the greenhouse gases, which is considered to be one of the greatest causes of global warming. During the late 20 century, global warming became more and more bothering to human beings.

I can remember big snow came every year when I was a child, and the weather was so cold that I couldn‘t go outdoors without my scarf and hat. Global warming has become one of the biggest environmental concerns for people all over the world.

The increase in the temperature of the earth has caused many harmful effects. It melts the ice caps, raising sea levels. Actually, it’s easy for everyone to do something to save energy and reduce the emission of
