尊敬的评委老师，各位朋友：
大家好!
在现今时代人们越来越注重自己的生活水平，保护自然环境也越来越受到人们的重视，我们也开办过许许多多的活动来倡导人与自然的和谐相处的重要性，不单单是我，我身边的很多人也都开始注重环境的保护。但是在这里，我所想的是：既然我们已经懂得保护自然环境，那么我们该如何保护我们的心灵环境?
提到这个问题时，我最先想到的是孩子。
一年前的这个时候，我带着外地朋友的孩子，到公园散步。孩子长得很漂亮，有一双很美的眼睛。可惜的是他的眼睛看不见了，他是个盲人。一路上，他紧紧拉着我的手，不停的问我：“阿姨，××是什么样子的?××美吗”我告诉他：××很美，××的湖水清清的，草地绿绿的，天是蓝蓝的。他认真的聆听着，脸上闪耀着阳光般的微笑。可我却笑不起来，我忘了告诉他：××的湖水是很清，可湖面上有零碎的令人恶心的垃圾;草很绿，可草地上有刺眼的白塑料袋;天很蓝，可天的那一边有吞云吐雾的烟囱!这些也许算不得什么，但我只能是告诉他，××很美，湖水清清的，草地绿绿的。
后来，这孩子给我打电话说，××很美，虽然他闻到的空气不够清新，但××在他心里已如童话。我知道，那孩子是个盲人，虽然看不见，但他用洁白如纸的心灵，接纳了××并捍卫了这座城市的美丽。对于这样一个孩子，我怎能不吃惊，他有着又该是怎样的一颗心灵啊!
也许，一个孩子的话，并不代表什么。可当我回头看看我们的孩子时，我们不难发现，我们的孩子何尝不是用心灵来看这个世界，用心来接纳他生活的这个城市。而面对他们所拥有的“××很美，湖水清清的，草地绿绿的，天是蓝蓝的……心灵渴望时，我们是该给予他们保护，把一切变成现实，令他们欣喜、欢乐、幸福、阳光、微笑。还是让现实伸出巨大的手掌来，把他们彻底撕裂、撕碎、摧毁?什么希望都不留给他们?
不，决不!因为，我们爱孩子，因为他们是我们的未来。我们给新衣、做美食、让他们上最好的大学，走最宽的马路，住最大的最漂亮的住房!但这些就是我们在给他们未来?这就是保护?不，他们真需要的未来不在这。他们需要的未来，在他们的心里!这就是为什么面对碧水蓝天，感到最欣喜的人里头有我们的孩子;为什么一次重大环境污染事故之后，最心疼的人里头有我们的孩子;为什么对烟囱丛林，最痛恨的人里头有的又是我们的孩子;如果，他们没有一颗纯净洁白的心灵环境，他们那里装得下对碧水蓝天的渴望;如果，他们没有一颗深爱着这个城市和这片环境的心灵，他们又那里生得出那么多的爱和狠呢?
今天，如果我以不太苛刻的眼光来审视我们生存的这个城市，是的，今天××是美的，这是许多人努力的结果，但更美的难道不是我们这些孩子的心灵，和他们对这个城市这片环境深沉的爱吗?而这不正是人与环境和谐相处的关键所在吗?

Generally speaking, there are four sorts of waste. They are material waste, organic waste, inorganic waste and poisonous & harmful waste. Now, we are going to talk about each sort of waste one by one.
Material waste: it means the waste of substance or things from which something else can be made. For example, people throw away the used metal products and buy a new one, so the old metal waste accumulates. At last, they become waste. For example, when people finish reading newspaper, the paper will become waste. When the glass is broken, it also becomes waste. Nobody wants to use a broken window or drink with a broken glass or wear a pair of broken glasses. Once it is broken, it becomes waste. The rate of using plastics is increasing day by day. People use plastic bags because they are convenient. When they get home, they throw the plastics way, paying no attention to the environment. The more convenience plastics brings to us, the more plastic waste is produced. This is called “white pollution” as most plastics are white. Some of our products we use every day are made of rubber, just like the tyres and the bottom part of our shoes. It’s true that rubber plays an important role in our life. However, it also brings us some trouble when it has been used for a long time and becomes old. The old tyres become waste because it can’t break down by nature. This is really a big problem.

These days I have made some investigations about the environmental problems. I searched a lot of information online. And what I finally found was a really astonishing result. It is reported that each year, China loses over 3.8 trillion RMB due to the environmental pollution, and about one million people died of diseases which caused by the environmental issues. Alarmingly, these figures are still increasing year by year. We know air, water, soil have been polluted in varying degrees, the environmental pollution has already become a serious issue that we have to face, all the human beings have to face.近些天来我对于环境问题做了一些调查。我在网上找了很多资料，最终我发现了一些令人吃惊的结果。据报导，中国每年由于环境污染问题所引起的经济损失高达3.8万亿以上，并且将近有100万人死于环境问题所引起的一些疾病。令人担忧的是，这一系列数字还呈现出每年上升的趋势。我们知道，空气、水体和土壤都已经在不同程度上被污染，环境污染已经成为了一个我们不得不面对的问题，所有人类不得不面对的问题。 Take the electronic trash as an example, my mom bought a new phone several days ago. And you know what? There are a lot of abandoned old mobile phones lying in the drawer of her room. She just has no idea about how to deal with those old phones in a proper way. We change our electronic devices in a very high frequency these days, but how to deal with the old ones? It could be a headache problem. What if we just throw them away? From my perspective, we should make full use of those abandoned electronic devices instead of just throwing them away or keeping them in the drawer. I heard that at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, nearly 8 tones of metals collected from the abandoned electronic products will be the raw materials to make the medals.It could be our referential solution. 读课文。其实这也制造了一种假象，学生认为自己常常被老师提问，认为自己能够回答老师
的问题，于是认为自己的英语学得很不错，自我感觉特别好。于是下课后在英语上花的时间
就少了。其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。
在课上老师更多的是教授新知识，当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的知识。但是这些时
间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有
学生都达到相同的程度。况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已
经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，
要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。 那么在课后学生到底该怎么做才能把其余的60%补回来呢？学好英语，不外乎就是在听、
说、读、写这些方面下功夫。 首先说一下听，每个学生都有和书相配套的磁带，可是请各位家长检查一下自己的子女
的英语磁带，有多少学生的磁带还是和刚发的时候一样的，根本就没有听过。光靠上课听一小学五年级英语演讲稿(保护)环境
点点的磁带，学生的听力根本就不能有什么发展。不会听就不能说，不能说英语就白学了。

说话，做题目，都很轻松，很简单了。那么语感怎么来呢？就是靠读出来的。一定要让学生
养成每天读英语的习惯。如果你的子女还没有养成这样的学习习惯，请你一定要督促他，刚
开始也许会比较难，时间久了，就会习惯成自然。就像早上起来要刷牙洗脸一样，要让他们
把读英语当作每天必做的一件事。 最后是写。五年级英语已经对学生有一定的书写要求。背单词是学英语的必经之路。单
词往往背过就容易会忘记，所以要不断的背，不断的翻新，这是没有办法的。我要 求学生在背单词的时候要边拼边写，嘴巴和手都要动起来，嘴上十遍不如手上一遍。还
有句型，五年级所接触的巨型都是很简单的日常用语。学生应该在课上领会句型的意思和运
用方法。可后还需要通过多读课文，多练习才能巩固所学的句型。所以请各位家长不光要注
重孩子背单词的情况，还要让他重视句子的重要性。 总而言之，请各位家长多关注孩子们的英语学习，让孩子养成良好的英语学习习惯。家
长的重视会让学生增加信心，提高学生的学习积极性。与其在期末时看到大家都不愿看到的
不理想的分数，还不如在平时就多关心孩子学习的过程。还希望家校携手共同提高孩子们的

三者共同的心愿。就本学期的英语教学与诸位共同探讨，研究对策，帮助孩子学好英语，用

最基础的语法。下面我从以下几方面来说说。
一、英语学习的现状
三年级着重学生基本语音的模仿，四年级则注重英文的规范书写，（五六年级才是孩子真
正开始接触语法。）那么五年级是很关键的一年，因为五年级起到了承上启下的作用，我们要
在三四年级良好的基础上让孩子继续保持英语学习的兴趣，为将来升入六年级打下坚实的基
础。
二、如何让孩子喜欢学英语主动学英语 首先，应该让孩子明确英语学习的重要性，帮助他们树立信心。其次，帮助孩子建立和
形成良好的英语学习习惯。良好的学习习惯分两部分：一是课堂习惯，二是课外习惯。课堂
良好习惯表现为：能集中注意力听，能积极大胆发言，能适时的做好必要的笔记。集中注意
力听这点我觉得很重要，很多孩子在做题和考试中遇到困难，很大的原因就是上课没有专心
听课，现在我的要求是我的讲的时候要求学生认真听，我会留出时间给孩子们作课堂纪录。
课外良好的习惯表现为：1.能完成老师布置的预习任务。2.能按时，保质保量 的完成课外作业。再者，要关注孩子的学习过程，不要只注重结果。意思是说不要等成
绩出来了再说，而是时刻关注孩子每一天的成长。
三、本学期几点具体做法
1、关于单词和句子的背诵和默写。 这是基础之基础。每课的单词要求学生能默写，要求学生回家背诵并试默，高质量的试
默要做到及时、有效。
2、关于课文朗读，在这里我不强调背诵的滚瓜烂熟，只要求能够像说话一样有条理的说
出来。要求每篇课文背诵。
3、关于作业。
我们有作业本和练写本。作业本是抄写四会单词，词组，句子和部分对话，默写本，是
默写四会单词，词组和句子，家长平时也可以翻阅默写本来检查孩子的英语学习情况。
4.试卷分析

他们感到欣慰。可也有一些学生，平时学习马虎，基础不扎实，导致他们现在课上听讲出现
困难，关键还不努力，书面作业拖拉不交，口头作业根本不完成，如此一来，学习自然成了
件头痛事。其实，我们班大部分的学生还是处于中上等层次，尽管他们平时不需要老师操太
多的心，费太大的力，但是说起各方面的表现，又总有一丝遗憾，因为我们总希望他们能够
再上一个台阶。 有位教育家曾说过：只有学校教育而没有家庭教育，或者只有家庭教育而没有学校教育，
都不能完成培养人这一及其艰巨而复杂的任务。所以在英语学习上，我们的家长也起到了很
重要的作用，下面我给在座的家长提一些辅导孩子学习英语的建议
（1）让孩子多听录音。在少儿英语教学中，首先是加强听力训练和说话训练，然后才是
读写能力的培养。听说能力差，用英语进行交际的能力差，为此，家长一定要配合学校来要
求孩子，要创造条件让孩子多听，多听纯正的录音，听几遍、听清楚了以后，跟着说。我们
的升学考试也一年比一年注重听力、阅读等需要综合能力的部分。
（2）家长要每天留出15分钟左右时间让孩子读读英语，不管当天有无英语课。我们要
鼓励孩子大声地朗读、对话、问答，大声说，不害羞，这样有利于清楚地表达自己，也有利
于他人纠正自己的错误。让孩子熟练背诵课文和单词背诵是一项基本功，可以积累一些日常
用语，到用的时等候就可以脱口而出。但是在检查过程中，我们发现有一部分学生背得相当
熟练，可问他课文中的某个词组或句子的意思时，他却一问三不知。所以，我们在背诵过程
中要注意上下文的理解，在理解的基础上达到背诵的要求，课文中涉及到的相关词组和句型，
要让学生熟记，并能用它们来造句、说话。
（3）督促孩子预习、复习。这是一项很必要也很重要的任务。所以，家长的首要任务是
及时督促孩子复习当天学习的内容，提前预习下一堂课的学习任务。主要形式就是跟录音机
大声读英语单词、句子、对话、短文等。英语和母语不同，没有学习的氛围和环境，必须“曲
不 离口”地反复诵读，才会记得牢。
（4）每天检查孩子的回家作业是否完成，保证第二天能按时上交。检查时不要只问一下
有没有做，也请你亲自看一看，懂得家长还可以看看单词有没有抄错，题目有没有做错之类
的。在具体的实施过程中发现：有些学生根本不用心学，能偷懒则偷懒，很多家长比较负责
会查问有没有教新课，要不要默写，但孩子喜欢耍小聪明，不如实告诉家长。这时候，你应
该及时跟我联系，让孩子知道：隐瞒不是办法，也会受到相应的惩罚。
（5）有时我会布置学生回去背诵英语单词，并自己默写。这时家长可以在家帮助学生默
写，你可以报中文，让他默英文。并签上你的名字（注明默写），因为有的学生让他默一遍其
实也就是抄一遍交差，一点效果也没有。单词亦是如此，分散记忆、根据读音记忆单词都是
可取的方法。有时，我们回家布置抄写单词，其目的不在于抄，而在于提醒学生记忆这些单
词。但是在日常学习中，学生不重视这项作业，认为只是抄抄而已，不做也没什么关系，其
实他连抄写都不做，根本别说是去背了，结果几次下来，他负债累累，应付不过来，学习处
于被动状态，从而影响了以后的学习，出现退步现象。因此，请大家在家里督促孩子保质保
量地完成英语作业，该读的读、该说的说、该写的写、该记的记，及时巩固，养成良好的习
惯。
经过一个学期的教学，我发现我们五年级的家长都是比较认真负责的，对于自己孩子的
英语学习都是比较关心的，总而言之，请家长的重视会让学生增加信心，提高学生的学习积
极性。与其在期末时看 到大家都不愿看到的不理想的分数，还不如在平时就多关心孩子学习的过程。还希望家
