I have a happy winter holiday, because I go to many places.
First, I go to Liannan to climb mountains and visit some old houses. Then I go to Longmen. In the evening, we go to the hot spring. My mother's friend says, "There are many squirrels in Nankun mountain!"
That's very interesting! I want to see monkeys very much. But we don't have time to go there.I am so sad!
Later, we go to other places, such as Xi Qiao, Guangzhou, etc.

This winter holiday, I went to Kunming with my family. Kunming is a very beautiful city, I think. The sky is blue and the air is clean. You can see many kinds of nice flowers everywhere. The weather there is great. It′s never too hot or too cold all the year round, so people always call it "Spring City".
Kunming is surrounded by beautiful scenery. And one of the most famous views is "The Stone Forest". It is really scenic.
We just stayed in Kunming for six days, but I felt very happy, and I like Kunming very much.

What is a meaningful holiday? look at my winter holiday you will know the answer. This winter holiday I not only traveled to HK. But also got a part time job during the Spring Festival. Both of them enrich my vacation.
What make me most impressive is the travel in HK. So I want to talk this first. through this travel, I think I have already fell in love with HK. It’s a magic city. You can find peace and carefree between the narrow streets, and you can also feel crowd and prosperous from the skyscrapers. Because HK.’s area is small, but it has large population. So the building in HK are very tall and close.
However, it is not a mess and dirty city. Everything in HK is orderliness and people in HK are in high-quality. They do everything obey the rules, and they are kindness too. One day I lost in HK, I tried to ask someone for help. An old man offered to help and led me to the place where I wanted to. Although I couldn’t understand what he said, because he can only speak in Cantonese, but I still felt his warmth.
Through this travel I finally know how important to learn English well. And I couldn’t imagine there are so many foreigners in HK. and everything in HK are relate to English. Even I was in a restaurant the waiter and the menu are all English.
Besides, I also brought some local desserts from HK and shared with my friends. The desserts called “butter pastry”. You can find this desserts in every bakery. Because the local people like eating sweets. So HK have all
kinds of desserts.
Then I want to talk about my part time job. This was my first time to have a part time job. What I did was very easy, just selling clothes, and I only worked for 8 days. Although the time was short , I totally experienced another life, which was different from my normal school life. And It made my realize how important to respect and trust people.And respect is mutual between people.
Beyond that, it was my first time to realize that social experience in someway is more important than theoretical knowledge.And I also realized everything is more complicated than you think. If you want to do it successfully, you need to make effort for it, and use your heart and brain. Even sometimes you need a litter luck. But remember opportunities are always for those who are well prepared.
During this job I made lots of friends. They taught me a lot, such as how to communicate with people and thinking of others more than yourself. And they also made me understand what is duty, what is confidence and what is optimistic.
I was every enjoy this job and the time with them. I will treasure this wonderful memory. That was all about my holiday, I really don’t want to end it.

When it comes to Holiday, for all people, is nothing better than a sweet gift that gods gave .however, last year’s winter holiday, I experienced both physical and mental misfortunes .my sweet gift turns out to be a cup of bad coffee.
I heard that my lovely dog was poisoned to death by some unknown damned man hardly when stepping on the threshold of my home. this is a terrible thing for me ,and it takes me a long time to get over from it. Although this unhappiness I have tried my best to forget, the good memories of my dog and I together always haunt me even now.
If there is one thing in the world that every one is unwilling to do but have to do is work. I began to work as a salesman after two days back home until spring festival eve is coming. For everyday, the work is laborious to nearly approach the point that I can not bear any more. On seeing bed , what I only concerned about is sleep no matter what surroundings it is.
Spring festival is a big day for Chinese. During this period, every members in family will stay together to make dumplings , sit together to enjoy TV shows at night ,the spring festival gala is an example . I had a good time with my family like every one had. We watched TV together , talked about what had happened in our life in the past year and looked ahead in the future.{以my,,winter,,holiday}.
Last days before school’s time coming, I did a health check. The result finally is the doctors gave me a lot of medicine to take; My money that I have earned laboriously in this winter holiday was given to the doctors totally. What a pie of shit.

My Winter Holiday
This is really a special winter holiday for me, the first holiday in my university life.
I tried something new. I spent 7 days being a TA in an English educational institution. I was a TA for 2 foreign teachers, Nico and Eva. At first, I was anxious and worried a lot. You know actually it’s not hard to communicate with them, but I had to be with them for totally 7 days, and talked to them a lot. I was just afraid that they would look upon me if I made some mistakes. But later I found out my worries were unnecessary, Eva and Nico could understand me and were patient while I had trouble talking to them. By the way, this time, I got to know the work of TA was not that easy as I expected, or, more precisely, very challenging. I had lots to do. I had to sum up the key points, discuss the next day’s teaching plan with foreign teachers, and make some preparations for classes. Sometimes I almost stressed out.
The form of our English class is called Winter Camp, which plans to make students learn English unconsciously while they are playing. It means more enjoyment for children, but at the same time, the more work and preparations for teachers. For example, the theme of our first class was Food and Health. Students would make sandwiches by themselves. So I had to firstly go to the Wal-Mart to buy the needed materials, toast, lettuce, mayonnaise, and etc. Then I had to wash the lettuce; cut the ham into
pieces; allocate the bread and so on. Finally I had to clean the desks after students finished their making. Everyday I was tired as a dog. I could fall asleep as soon as my head touched the pillow. Though tired but fun. I don’t want to try anything like this a second time. I was just joking, I’m willing to be a TA again.
I also hosted a college student’s party in my mom’s company. But this task was not hard for me, because I have been a hostess for many times. I’ve gained a great sense of achievement in this process.
Though I didn’t finish my homework, anyway, this is a wonderful winter holiday for me.
