good morning/afternoon! first thing first, i gotta say,wow,it's funny thing to be given a chance like that.trurh be told,i really got a little bit nervous before i stand right here ,so called 'stage fright'.if you look specifically on me .you may find my hands shaking,pretty assembles the guy who suffered from pakinson's disease,and legs wobbling ,like i caught so-called ball leg. okay,let's stop going around the bush and get back to my topic today.i really like to talk a funny story i have just heard.a lady called lucy emigrated to united states several years ago.her spoken english is not that fluent .and one day,she is just sitting on the couch with his u.s friends mandy watching sit-com.a noise of bump had the attention of mandy,which led her to go out of the house trying to figure out what had happened.can you imagine that mandy go straight out with merely a sweater.so lucy shouted at her,"lucy ,turn your clothes on." what suprised her most,beyond her wildest imagination, is that almost all the male in this country took their head out of the window.admittedly,lucy made a mistake here .the word spitted means mandy is totally naked to the reason that male looked out of the window.the right sentence shall be,"put your clothing on."the story inspires you to take a careful look on the vast difference between eastern and western culture. that's full of it,thank you for your time!

大家好!
今天我演讲的题目是《改变不了环境，就改变自己》。
着名的文学家托尔斯泰曾经说过：“世界上只有两种人：一种是观望者，一种是行动者。大多数人想改变这个世界，但没人想改变自己。”想要改变现状，就要改变自己;要改变自己。就得改变自己的观念。一切成就，都是从正确的观念开始的。一连串的失败，也都是从错误的观念开始的。要适应社会，适应环境，适应变化，就要学会改变自己。
柏拉图告诉弟-子自己能够移山，弟-子们纷纷请教方法，柏拉图笑道，说：“很简单，山若不过来，我就过去。”弟-子们一片哗然。
这一个世界上根本就没有移山之术，唯一的一个移动山的方法就是：山不过来，我便过去。同样的道理，人不能改变环境，那么我们就要改变自己。
一个黑人小孩在他父亲的葡萄酒厂看守橡木桶。每天早上，他用抹布将一个个木桶擦干净，然后一排排地整齐地放好。令他生气的是，往往一夜之间，风就把他排列整齐的木桶吹得东倒西歪。
小男孩很委屈地哭了。父亲摸着小男孩的头说：“孩子，不要哭，我们可以想办法去征服风。”
于是小男孩擦干了眼泪坐在木桶边想啊想，想了半天终于想出了一个办法，他从井边挑来一桶又一桶的清水，然后把它们倒进那些空空的橡木桶里，然后他就忐忑不安地回家睡觉了。第二天，天刚蒙蒙亮，小男孩就匆匆地爬了起来，他跑到放桶的地方一看，那些橡木桶一个一个排列得整整齐齐，没有一个被风吹倒的，也没有一个被风吹歪的。小男孩开心地笑了，他对父亲说：“要想木桶不被风吹倒，就要加重木桶的重量。”男孩的父亲赞许地微笑了。
是的，我们不能改变风，改变不了这个这个世界上的许多东西，但是我们可以改变自己，给自己加重，这样我们就可以适应变化，不被打败!
在威斯敏斯特教堂地下室里，英国圣公会主教的墓碑上写着这样一段话：当我年轻自由的时候，我的想象力没有任何局限，我梦想改变这个世界。当我渐渐成熟明智的时候，我发现这个世界是不可改变的，于是我将眼光放得短浅了一些，那就只改变我的国家吧!但是我的国家似乎也是我无法改变的。当我到了迟暮之年，抱着最后一丝努力的希望，我决定只改变我的家庭、我最亲近的人——但是，唉!他们根本不接受改变。现在我在临终之际，我才突然意识到：如果起初我只改变自己，接着我就可以依次改变我的家人。然后，在他们的激发和鼓励下，我也许能改变我的国家。再接下来，谁又知道呢，也许我连整个世界都可以改变。
人生如水，人只能去适应环境。如果不能改变环境，就改变自己，只有这样，才能克服更多的困难，战胜更多的挫折，实现自我。如果不能看到自己的缺点和不足，只是一味地埋怨环境不利，从而把改变境遇的希望寄托在改变环境上，这实在是徒劳无益。
虽然我们不能改变世界，但我们可以改变自己，让我们用爱心和智慧来面对一切环境。

人生路坎坎坷坷，走着走着，总会有摔倒的时候。摔倒了不要紧，重要的是懂得要重新站起来!跌倒了站起，基本的做人道理都不懂就永远离开这个世界，不觉得遗憾吗?
自杀?一个多么恐怖的词，多少父母因为自己死去的孩子常年卧病在床，有多少亲人为死去的人感到痛苦?这些谁又知道呢?
一个人的命运不是自己去抉择的，但是命运能由自己去改变。改变自己的命运，改变自己的人生，改变自己的生活，改变自己的世界……
亲爱的同学，敬爱的老师：
大家好!
我要讲的话题是环保，环保，顾名思义，就是保护环境。保护环境现在已经是全国最热门的事，保护环境就是保护你们自己。现在的地球的污染日益严重：白色垃圾占地过多、污染水体、污染空气、还患有火灾的隐患。
美丽的地球妈妈，身上潺潺流动的小溪现在已经变得臭不可闻，葱郁的树林变得光秃秃，鱼儿小虾没有了家，鸟儿也没有了嬉戏之地……
人们打着环保的口号，却有谁做得到?我们为了生活便利，为了安逸的生活，大量的砍伐树木，工产的污水流入河中。美丽的地球妈妈渐渐憔悴，我们赖以生存的环境也失去了往日的光彩。
难道我们不应该做些什么吗?
保护环境，人人有责。一点点随手小事也可以给环境带来保护。

大家好!我们每个人都有自己的生日，也都非常喜欢过生日，对吧?因为过生日不仅可以收到各种各样的小礼物，还可以吃到美味的生日蛋糕。可你们想过吗?过生日虽然我们很开心，可爸爸妈妈却忙得很辛苦。你们想：爸爸妈妈工作本来就很累，还要抽时间买礼物、订蛋糕……小朋友相聚在一起玩得很快乐，结果却把家里搞得乱七八糟，爸爸妈妈就要花时间把家里重新收拾一遍。过生日要花钱，少的几十元，多的甚至要花掉上百元，爸爸妈妈挣钱很辛苦，我们能忍心这样花吗?过生日并不是什么特殊的日子，只能说明我们又长大了一岁，应该更懂事，应该学会节约才对呀。同学们，在乡下，还有很多像我们一样大的朋友因为家庭困难上不了学，如果我们能把过生日的钱节省下来捐献给希望工程，让更多的小朋友能像我们这样坐在宽敞明亮的教室里读书不是更好吗?
行动起来吧，同学们，让我们做一个勤俭节约的好孩子吧!
