二、招聘条件
1.应聘人员应具备以下基本条件
1)遵守宪法和法律，忠诚教育事业，品行端正，身体健康;
2)全日制普通院校大专及以上毕业生，并具有教师资格证书。
3)年龄在35周岁以下(1981年7月31日以后出生)。
4)具有唐山市丰润区户籍(截止日期2016年7月31日)。
2.有下列情形之一者不得报考
1)有违法违纪行为受到司法处理或正在被立案调查的;
2)现为我区教育系统人事代理教师;
3)法律、法规规定不得招聘为事业单位工作人员的其他情形人员。
三、招聘岗位、专业及人数
招聘编外教师150名，具体岗位、专业见附件《唐山市丰润区2016年招聘编外教师岗位需求表》。
四、招聘程序
招聘程序分为报名政审、笔试、面试、体检、公示、聘用、集中培训、上岗八个阶段。
1.报名政审
报名考试须本人到现场填报《唐山市丰润区2016年公开招聘编外教师报名资格审查表》，不接受他人代报，且每名报考人员只能报考一个岗位。
1)考生须出具本人身份证、户口本(户口迁移证)、毕业证、报到证、教师资格证(以上证件均须提供原件及复印件一份，身份证复印件2张)，同时提供近期小二寸同版免冠彩色照片4张(背面写清姓名)。
2)报考音乐、体育、美术专业必须与所学专业一致，其他专业可自主选择。
3)缴纳报名费100元。
4)报名时间：2016年7月30日至2016年8月5日。
5)报名地点：丰润区人力资源市场大厅(地址：幸福道4号，区就业服务局院内，联系电话：0315—8065017)。
报名的同时，由区人社局、区教育局和区公安分局进行报名资格审查，报名资格政审贯穿招聘全程。
2.笔试：总分100分
笔试内容为：公共基础知识和所申报的专业知识，两科卷面总分值为100分。{2016唐山丰润热力投诉电话}.
1)公共基础知识(30分)：测试内容为国家教育法规(主要包括：教育法、义务教育法、教师法、中小学教师职业道德规范条例等)，教育学、教育心理学(大专内容);报考幼教专业的测试内容为幼儿教育学、幼儿教育心理学。
2)专业知识(70分)：测试内容为所申报专业相关知识，参考人员按所报专业参加本专业文化考试，考试内容为各专业初、高中及大专内容;报考幼教专业的考试内容为幼儿大专知识。
笔试结束后，各岗位学科均按照招聘人数与面试人数1:2的比例，根据考生笔试成绩，从高分到低分确定参加面试人员(末位出现并列时一并进入面试)。
3.面试
面试按不同学科分为试讲和专业技能测试。报考音乐、体育、美术、幼教学科的进行专业技能测试，其他学科以试讲的方式进行。试讲和专业技能测试分值均为100分，由评委现场赋分，去掉一个最高分和一个最低分，取平均分，计算考生成绩时，保留小数点后两位。
1)试讲。试讲内容为现行初中八年级、小学五年级教材，试讲时间10分钟。
2)专业技能测试。测试内容为本专业基本技能、专业特长。测试时间根据学科区别合理确定。
(1)音乐测试内容为：钢琴演奏、无伴奏歌曲演唱、其它器乐演奏各一首，曲目自选，每项限4 分钟。钢琴演奏、歌曲演唱各占40 分，其它乐器演奏占20 分。除钢琴外，其它用品自备。
(2)体育测试内容为：主要考察基本素质和特长，测试内容为中小学体育课程标准动作示范及讲解、体育特长展示，每人限8 分钟。动作示范及讲解包括立定跳远、短跑途中跑、原地正面双手头上掷实心球、仰卧起坐、行进间单手肩上投篮，抽签确定题目。必选动作分值60 分、特长展示分值40 分。除篮球、实心球、体操垫外，所需器材自备。
(3)美术测试内容为：现场素描、速写和书法(毛笔)各一项，素描对象为现场静物，速写为人物速写，书法内容为指定临帖，限时120 分钟。素描分值50 分、速写30分、书法20 分。除素描纸、宣纸、墨汁外，其它用品自备。
(4)幼教测试内容为：钢琴弹唱、舞蹈、主题情境画、情景讲故事各一项。钢琴弹唱曲目自选、舞蹈内容自选、情景讲故事抽签确定主题，主题情境画为命题作画。先集中进行主题情境画，每人限时30 分钟，然后分别进行其他三项测试，每项限时4 分钟。钢琴弹唱分值为25 分、舞蹈25 分、主题情境画30 分、情景会话20 分。除钢琴、图画纸外，其它用品自备。
4.公布总成绩及体检人员名单
面试结束后，按照笔试成绩占60%，面试成绩占40%的比例计算考生的总成绩，各岗位均按照考生总成绩由高到低顺序，按招聘名额1:1的比例，确定参加体检人选(末位并列时，依次按以下顺序排列名次：面试成绩高者优先，专业课成绩高者优先，第一学历高者优先，优秀毕业生优先)。
5.体检
体检标准按人事部、卫生部关于印发《公务员录用体检通用标准(试行)》的通知(国人部发〔2005〕1号)执行。因体检不合格出现的缺额，按本岗位总成绩由高到低依次递补，如本岗位无人可补，再按照本学科所有参考人员的总成绩由高到低排名，从落选者中依次递补
6.公示
体检合格人员，在区人力资源市场大厅外进行公示，公示期为3天。
7.聘用及履行其他手续
公示期无异议人员确定为拟聘人员，由区教育局组织上岗培训及其他事项。
新招聘编外教师与用人单位签订聘用合同,聘期3年(其中第一年为试用期，试用期内经考核不合格者解除聘用合同)合同期内不允许调动。
新聘用人员聘期内实行编外聘用管理，聘用期间工资福利待遇与本区往年招聘的同类人员同等对待(社会保险按现行政策缴纳)。
被聘用人员安置后，3天内未到岗报到的视为自动放弃。出现岗位缺额，按本岗位总成绩由高到低依次递补，如本岗位无人可补，再按照本学科所有参考人员的总成绩由高到低排名，从落选者中依次递补。
