The most important element in human relationships, whether business or personal, is trust. If you break that trust and are found out, the relationship will be damaged or destroyed. "when in fact we have never heard of the person before. But without these nice words, the conversation might not start well. When we meet someone we don't know, we say, "Nice to meet you!"
