From the picture we can see that People are crossing the street looking at their cell
phones and using walking sticks in order to see, which gives a big concern and discussion in the society. We can draw a conclusion that people are so rely on their mobile phone that they can not leave it.
A great number of factors can account for the phenomenon, but the following maybe the essential ones. First of all, with the development of economy, everyone can purchase a mobile phone. Secondly, with the development of technology, people can obtain the information they need on the internet. There is no denying that people can be addicted to games. As a consequence, they are indulged in network. From my perspective, it is indispensable for us to have a phone, by which we can

Judging from the evidence above, certain measures should be taken. Firstly, certain
institutions in China should launch relevant campaigns to limit the excessive oust of
