2007年第二学期新课标初一政治教学工作总结

到目前为止，新课标的实施已经接近一年的时间，在一年的摸索与探讨过程中，我总结出一点教学的得失，令自己收获不少，也为今后改进自己的业务水平提供帮组
一 重视新课的导入
在往常的教学中，教师往往采用上节课的内容进行复习式导入，但时间长了，会使学生失去兴趣我曾经听到一位学生这样的感慨：某某老师上课的第一句话老是；上节课我们学习了这就是我们教师没有好的导入，导入不新颖，缺乏创造性所导致的后果在新课的导入方面，可有以下几种方式：复习式导入时事新闻导入典故导入等这几种导入可以经常交换使用，后两者由于每天有差异性，就可以多使用些当然，能够运用好这几种导入方式，就需要平时多关注各样的时事新闻，特别是新闻中的一些人物事件，毕竟有许多学生也会关注新闻的，教师谈及到学生看到过的新闻时，他们也往往情绪高涨，觉得自己有所收获，这无意中是教师引导更多的学生日后关注身边的时事新闻对于典故方面也要求我们平时多积累，免得词到用时方恨少新闻与典故都是故事性的材料，学生都比较喜欢感兴趣，有好的导入就是该节课成功的一半好的导入对于聚集学生课间散乱的思想也是很大的帮助
二 与学生建立新的沟通交流方式
针对初一学生的身心发展特点，与学生进行有效的沟通与交流是非常必要的但常常由于师生间产生各种代沟，导致沟通过程中产生障碍，无法进行有效的沟通因而会对学生的一些心理生理问题没法及时解决随着网络的普及，QQ与电子邮件已经成为学生交友以及相互联系的重要沟通工具我就尝试利用QQ与电子邮件的新沟通媒介，做学生的朋友学生更喜欢的是课堂上是严师，课后是朋友的老师QQ与电子邮件可以让学生隐名埋姓，增强了自己的保密性，在沟通过程中可以显得更大胆些，什么样的心理话都敢讲出来这样更有助于解决学生的心理生理学习等方面的问题除了与学生沟通媒介方面的改变外，还要注意对学生的问
