篇二:《汉江安康桥》
我国第一座斜腿钢构桥--安康汉江桥
安康汉江桥位于陕西省安康水电站的专用线上，主跨为176米斜腿刚构，在目前世界上同类型的铁路钢桥中，跨度领先。此桥附近河段顺直，平时河面宽约180米，水深13米左右，水流平稳。汛期洪水来势汹涌，水位猛涨暴落，河床冲淤严重，覆盖层很不稳定。桥址位于汉江上游峡谷，两岸陡峻，河床断面呈梯形。初步设计提出三个桥式方案进行比选：第一方案主跨采用64+192+64米钢斜腿刚构，全长521．95米，桥墩均在岸上，明挖基础，墩身最高约60米；第二方案主跨为64+112+64米钢桥，中跨为112米柔性拱刚性桁梁组合体系，全长528．50米，有深水桥墩2个，墩身最高约7l米；第三方案主跨用64+3×80米三跨连续+64米钢桁梁，全长532．08米，有深水桥墩3个，墩身最高约79米。三个方案相比，第一方案不仅用钢量省，造价较低，而且可避免修建深水基础及70米以上的高墩，因此作为推荐方案。
1980年3月，完成斜腿刚构的技术设计，其主梁按56+64+64+64+56米分跨，斜腿底铰间距离176米。斜腿理论长度76．43米，倾角42度53分。每个斜腿分为两肢，按1：6横向叉开。两肢间有横杆6根，形成多层构架，与主梁固接于隅节点。斜腿下端支承在斜向枢轴的铰支座上。斜腿刚构为栓焊带肋的箱形结构，设计采用16锰桥低合金钢，在工厂内焊成梁段，经铁路运至工地安装。
此桥1978年7月1日开工，1981年底完成全部墩台工程及斜腿刚构的施工准备。1982年2月，开始安装斜腿刚构。本桥主要工程数量：斜腿刚构总用钢量l652吨，31．7米及23．8米预应力混凝土梁各4孔，墩台圬工15353立方米，其中钢筋混凝土6721立方米。全桥投资1528．2l万元。斜腿刚构的桥式新颖，跨越能力大，用钢量较省，适用于陡坡深谷。由于初次试制，牵涉问题较多，工期延续很长，增大了工程费用。但是，这座桥梁的建成，在设计、制造、施工以及科研
方面，积累了不少经验，为发展大跨度钢桥开创了一条新路。1983年本桥获国家优质工程金质奖。
石庙沟“斜腿铁桥”位于陕西省安康市瀛湖镇石庙沟，在襄渝单线铁路石庙沟车站附近跨越汉江的一条通向坝址专用线上的铁路桥。它是中国兴建的第一座钢薄壁箱形斜腿刚构桥，外形轻巧，线条简单，形式新颖。斜腿刚构的主跨径（斜腿底座铰中心间距）长176米,是目前世界上同类结构中跨度最大的铁路桥梁。
这座桥总长542.08米，有2个桥台、10个桥墩和4个支墩。最大墩身高64米。主跨部分为钢箱形斜腿刚构，桥的安康一侧为4孔23.8米预应力混凝土梁,坝址一侧为4孔31.7米预应力混凝土梁；主跨部分钢梁以56+64+64+64+56米分跨，共长305.1米。斜腿支于中部 3×64米的1/3处，腿长76.4米，倾角42°53□，横向分成两肢，以6:1坡度向两侧撑开，两肢之间有6根横杆相连，底部设铰，支承在支墩上。主梁为高4.4米、宽3.0米的等高矩形单箱截面，腹板高厚比为440。斜腿为1.5米等宽的变高度矩形截面。全桥由斜腿48块、主梁58块,共计106块构件组成。钢材主要采用中国产52公斤级的16锰桥低合金钢，部分采用日本产SM53CN钢。高强度螺栓用40硼钢制造,极限强度（热处理后）为115千克力/毫米□。全梁用钢量1652吨。
