How to stay healthy
Would you like to keep healthy like the others do? Now let me tell you something about staying healthy.
1. Food. To keep yourself healthy, you shouldn't eat something that have too much oil, calory or salt. For that can cause a lot of diseases. The right way to keep healthy is to eat more vegetables and fruits.
2. Exercise. Another way which is always been ignored is to exercise more. An average of steps a normal adult have per day is 10000 - 15000. You'll find yourself more health after changing the steps to 15000 - 20000 per day, and you'll get more fit easily by that.
That's my own easy methods of staying healthy. I'll be glad if you have any ideas about that and have a discussion with me!
2.运动
My favorite sport
There are many kinds of sports that I enjoy, such as swimming, running, and dancing. However, the sport that I like most is basketball. When I was in junior high, I started to play basketball in school. At that time, I found I had loved deeply this sport. Now, I would like to watch basketball games as much as I can. The basketball games have given me the most wonderful time in my life.
3.春节
My Spring Festival
Last year’s Spring Festival is special. My uncle and my aunt came back from Shanghai. My family was very happy to keep the Spring Festival with them. And it was the most exciting festival of all the festivals.
On New Year’s Eve, my father and my uncle talked about their work together. My mum did some cooking with my aunt Grandparents and I watched the New Year TV programmes. At about six o’clock, we had a special family dinner. We all thought the dumplings were delicious.
On the first day of the New Year, we visited our relatives. In the afternoon, we went shopping in Jiefanf Road. My uncle bought some Jay’s CDs. He likes Jay’s music very much. There were so many people on the road. It was more alive than any other time of a year.
On the second and the third days, we spent a wonderful weekend in the country. There were much bigger trees than in the city. And the animals were more beautiful than in the city. We all enjoyed ourselves.

An unforgetful trip
I went Chong Qing in July 22.It is a city which was built near mountains. So people call it Mountain City. In Chong Qing ,I went to the Red Stone Center, to see the places which the prisoners lived in the past. It is a terrible and awful trip. There are a lot of dogs, and soldiers with guns near the prisons. And most of the prisons are good, they didn't want to tell the bad people where the other people were. They lived in very small houses. No good food to eat, no good water to drink .They had only twenty minutes to stay out side per day but they still said nothing. I think they are the heros in that century. I will follow their spirit.
with the development of economy ， more and more people rush to cities .Some people rush to cities in order to look for jobs and earn more money while others want to learn new knowledge and improve the quality of their personal life.
Opportunities for bright young people are greater in the cities .But there are exist some problems. for example， owing to the increasing population， the housing and traffic problem are becoming more and more serious. And the rush of the country people to cities also leads to the rise in crimes.
to solve these problems， the government should take effective measures to control the population and make them live orderly. Also some opportunities should be created for the country people to receive education and improve their quality of life.
6.我的生活方式
Different people have different lifestyles. They do the same things from morning to evening every day.
Usually, they write their plans on paper. But sometimes they remember what things they will do in their minds. I also have my own lifestyle .It is wonderful! I get up early on weekdays, and do the school things then .But at the weekend, I never get up early. I sometimes stay in bed until lunchtime. One day, I stayed in bed very late. It was a weekday. The clock rang. It was six thirty. but I didn’t hear it. I stayed in bed until seven o’clock .I looked at the clock and jumped from the bed to the floor. I was afraid, “oh, my god, I will be late.” I shouted. So I didn’t have breakfast. I put on my shoes and took a taxi to the school .I was in good luck that day. I wasn’t late for school. I was pleased that time.
I think I should get up earlier on weekdays or I will be late .I believe you get up earlier on weekdays. best wishes for you.

I have a wide range of interests and enjoy doing many things in my free time.
I am a lover of reading. I often read after in my spare time. I read many kinds of books and newspaper .I like the stories and news in them very much. There are a lot of knowledge and interesting things also.
I am also a music lover. I like all kinds of music .I often listen to the music programs on radio. Although I can’t sing English songs well ,I like them a lot.
I like sports as well. I often play badminton after classes in the afternoon. I often run in the morning. When I am doing sports, I forge all my trouble and worry. Of course, sports can also help me in building my body.
In short, I enjoy my life here in school. Reading books, listening to music and doing sports are very helpful to my health and my studies.

As the technology developing, the number of cars is increasing quickly. More and more people say that cars will be instead of bikes, because car is so faster, convient and comfortable. They think whenever and wherever the car is the best choice. But I don’t think so. As far as I am concerned, the bike has the bigger advantage. Firstly, cars rely on gasoline to provide energy. It will produce polluting gases. But bikes depend on manpower. It has no pollution. Secondly, riding bike is good for our healthy. It is very popular among the elders. They ride bike every morning to exercise. Last but not least, riding bikes are far safer than cars. Most traffic accidents are about the cars.
Though the bike is slowly, we can enjoy the beautiful scenery. In a word , no matter where and when I am, I will choose bike certainly.
My Summer Holiday
As a student, I think the summer and winter vocation is my favourite time, especially the summer vocation. Now I am enjoying the happy summer vocation. Then I tell you what the summer

Summer vocation is from July to August. It’s a long time for me to do all kinds of things . I like visiting some places of interest. And I like travelling by train. When my parents are free, we often go to the park or the zoo , and we have a good time there . I have a good summer vocation.
